Superb. Great location, easy parking, good sized rooms, comfy beds, excellent shower, TV and coffee facilties, although coffee not needed as the breakfast is superb.

Hotel location is very convenient for a business trip to Ulm. Most of the guests seemed to be business travellers like me. Very nice bar where to relax at the end of the day. The room is comfortable and clean,

Parking very expensive. Check in took long time but probably because of my collegues with Chinese passport.

In the shower was hair from someone else. Parking and breakfast ist expensive. Parking should be free for customers in my opinion. Specially when breakfast is costly.

Very very bad acoustic!!!! difficult sleep with people walking out side the rooms and also noises from next rooms. it was incredible that such a nice hotel bran new or refurbished had such a huge problem with the acoustic inside.

Good location, bug garage, nice rooms and very good breakfasts. Also the staff was very nice - they event lend me an electric kettle so I could drink a tee in a nighttime. I truly recommend Leonardo Ulm.

Fitness point could be better quipped. What's the point of 3 elliptical trainer / treadmills ? Whereas there are no any even small equipment to exercise like kettlebells or dumbbells. Also a little bit annoying was using lifts.... since there was always long waiting for a lift I used stairways. I was able to go from my floor to the garage -1 but not to 0 reception where doors were closed from inside

A/C during the hottest day of summer was a great bonus.

Lots of construction going on. Difficult to find by car.
