Le manque de civisme de certains vacanciers mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien…

Weather was good so we could enjoy the aqua park

Food, employees, cleaning across all areas, entertainment

Pool and slides were great fun and the kids loved it. Buffet restaurant had good choices at all meal times and there were a couple of areas to hang out ( pool tables and a few arcade games etc) Rooms were decent sized and clean. We had 4 rooms and we were all near each other with a large terrace instead of balconies that meant we could go between each room. Bathrooms were big and clean with walk- in showers. Location was good - about 10 minutes walk down the hill to the beach but had shops and restaurants underneath so didn't feel remote.

Staff at reception were not rude but extremely unhelpful. They didn't really want to do anything past their basic duties on the desk. They told us they had called a taxi and it would be there in 2 minutes but when I called the company directly, they hadn't booked anything. The cab company even did to me that this happens a lot. I asked for information about boat trips and was told they didn't know anything but also didn't direct me to where I could find some information. They were generally very dismissive and didn't smile once - even when we checked in, it was a pretty lukewarm reception. The staff at the restaurant and the bar were better - pleasant enough but none stood out as being particularly good. Bar staff at least got drink and food orders correct and were pretty quick. Lifeguards could have been more attentive, saw them chatting with each other quite a bit instead of watching the water and some of the slides weren't really being regulated with how quickly people followed each other down.

Food options poor. Menu much the same every day. More for Mediterranean tastes.

Entertainment in the evening poor. All in Spanish.

Waterpark

Quality and also quantity of food was very poor. it was not a real all inclusive and we had to pay sometimes. Some of staff were not friendly.

The rooms were clean and comfortable The pool is fun for the kids Good location and close to the sea, supermarket

1)The food quality was bad. 2)Too less options for food per day 3No honey, no boiled egg for breakfast 4)No sound isolation for the rooms, people were making us awake at 1-2am while they were talking or laughing in the hall way. 5) some restuarant staff were not friendly 6) restuarant staff could not speak English, difficult to communicate

View to the pool area from the hotel room was an advantage with (pre)teen-aged children. Nice slides. Location: Bus from Barcelona stopped very close to the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Comfortable temperature to sleep & good beds. (when Day time temp 30 Celcius)

Pool are was quite noisy, but expected with the slides and the kids. :)

need kettle in room(tea/coffee) and bottled water in fridge also check out is at 12 and the cleaner came to our room 3 times before 11 to see when we are getting out of the room, absolutely no need to rush guests, kids entertainment should start at 8pm

Great stop over break for us, very clean and the kids loved the water slides.

Noisy in restaurant at time of meals

There are few and repetitive choices of the buffet but everything is good. The location is very nice to and everything is very easy to access.

We were given a room with dirty floor. When we are already in the room, maintenance came to install the broken smoke detector which is very uncomfortable because they had to make a hole in the ceiling and left more dirt on the floor. The bathroom floor floods when we use the shower.

Clean, big rooms. Comfortable beds, a lot of food options in the meals. Great value for the money.

Kids liked the water slides even though a little dated.

Almost everything, corridors felt like prison, dated hotel and felt disgusting.

I just complained 3 times because my fridge in our room didn’t cooled / or not work properly The guy write on a book to inform the technician and no one came to change it ! There’s only 1 technicion for all the hotel ! Thats why im angry ! When i make the checkout the receptionist tell us sorry for that 🙁

Slides and pools. Breakfast were ok. Some staff very friendly and helpful.

Dinner wasn’t great at all. Struggled to find what to eat. Some food undercooked. Generally lack of cleanliness in some areas. Slippery floors around pools. Lack of animation for kids.
