the studio was very clean and equipped with all kitchen items.

the bathroom is separate from the toilet and the toilet is on the ground floor of the studio. need to go down at night to go to the bathroom.

It's quiet

After booking, I asked to change my reservation, and the owner never replied to me. According to the Booking policy, changing a reservation only goes at the owner's will (Booking did try to help me). However, the owners lack the will to find a solution. It's a pretty bad practice not to help your customers. The internet connection is the worse I ever see in my life. I needed to send an email with an attached pdf, which was impossible due to the limited band wide. The announcement says "pet friendly"; however, they charge me 10 euros per night for a cat!

Very good location close to Lac d'Annecy and within a short drive of Annecy itself.

The weather

Romantic little place very close to the insanely beutiful lake. Hoast is very friendly and helpful. Dont miss the bike tour around the lake!

Apartment is tight but it has everything you need in a small place.

The location was really good ; 2 minutes to the lake where we could launch our paddle board! We borrowed one of the 2 kayaks and had a great time on the lake ! The kitchen is basic but enough to cook a delicious meal. We will stay again !

to be honest, this is new experience for me to stay in place without AC and close to the lake of Annecy. The place good in the winter but you need to sleep early because all the dark around you. the lady was very nice. the place is very occupied with all you need in the kitchen, even better than any hotel.

quiet location, peaceful and near good ammenities

Excellent very clean one bedroom unit in a quiet street just off the main road yet walkable to lake. We had a one bedroom unit for the 2 of us. We both liked the common front wide lawn shared by all the 7-8 units offering a view of distant mountains. Parking was private space within the property. Corinne in charge of the property is such a gem, really nice, responsive and very helpful. She tried to solve the problems we faced and was so apologetic.

The shower was upstairs and had a shower door but it was in the bathroom which had no door just a curtain of strings so privacy is an issue plus we stayed here in winter, so it was cold when you get in and out of the shower even with the toilet heater on. The water heater is programmed to automatically switch off during the day so you need to check the switch box to switch it on, else you could find yourself with freezing water in the middle of your shower. It is quite hot at night in the bedroom even when with the heater switched off. There’s no aircon in the unit so it would be uncomfortable in the summer Our unit’s wifi kept going off every few minutes.

Lovely little chalet like accommodation with all the amenities you need to make the stay wonderful! Kitchen full equipped and confortable bed! The location is perfect and it’s short walking distance from the lake like 5 minutes! Nice ambience!
