Everything in a room should be changed, the furniture is quite old, the bed is noisy. The bathroom is different story - all the water taps need to be replaced they break before your eyes. The shower, though clean, is so old that the door shows green stains from old age. The location is weird 20 min to the city centre walking through dodgy areas There's no sound isolation, all movements outside and the elevator which is working you can hear in your room.

Chose the hotel as it advertised having SPA and swimming pool, but did not say anywhere that those were closed due to refurbishment, which was a total disappointment. Breakfast was delicious, but very small choice.

The girls at the reception are kind. Only once that i asked for water and they did not give me for some reason. They told me to go check my room for water .They could just give me a bottle.Nonetheless they are trying to be helpful.its clean and comfortable. I can not judge the quantity of breakfast due to the general covid situation,since buffet type does not work but it was delicious.

Normally i would look for something more cozy and with caracter but my reservation was where i was gonna stay initially was cancelled so it was kind of a last time decision. The location is around half an hour from the city center so you need to walk every time

The food was very good and I would ask to cook the food longer and it was done perfectly. My wife had the pancakes and I had something else, not sure what is was, but it was very good.

Amazing service, stuff was nice and responsive. Room was clean, breakfast was in time in the restaurant, was quite good. Bed is big and comfortable, a lot of charging points. Central mall, subway in 15 min walking distance, parking.

Unstable wi-fi, water could be stopped any time (3/5 days there were problems with it), SPA doesn't work and closed, restaurant menu has only several meals to offer.

Friendly staff, near to centre of old town restaurants. Excellent area to visit.

Restaurant is closed in evening (( so ate out each night.
