Gostei do café da manhã.

As paredes do quarto bem como a cortina estavam sujas (manchas; riscos...). O chuveiro funciona bem, mas é velho e não há produtos/amostras para higiene no banheiro como normalmente encontramos em demais hotéis (touca de banho; creminhos; condicionador e shampoo separados). O colchão também é antigo e os lençóis tem algumas manchas. "Construção" barulhenta em frente. Possível ouvir-se tudo.

Achei que poderia ter mais variedade no café da manhã.

Não tinha toalha de rosto e touca pra banho.

Estava com um bebê de 6 meses no carro, tentei contato para saber se disponibilizava banheira e berço e ninguém me atendeu. Após isso, fiz a reserva no booking para garantir minha estadia, porém minutos depois descobri que não tinham berço e banheira pois no horário não tinha disponível governança. Pedi pra eles cancelassem a reserva, porém me recusaram. Não fiquei no hotel, houve a cobrança da diária no meu cartão e mesmo o booking pedindo para desconsiderar a cobrança ainda houve a cobrança. Cuidado, eles não tinham suporte e governança, mesmo assim cobraram do meu cartão sem eu utilizar o hotel. Para mim foi uma péssima experiência, tanto do booking como do hotel.

O hotel está bem localizado, a cama é muito confortável, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários muito atenciosos, estacionamento grátis

No restaurante oferecem hambúrguer, poderiam oferecer outros tipos de sanduíches também, como misto quente, queijo quente, bauru, etc, poderiam ser feitos no próprio pão de hambúrguer

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. Had some space for parking inside but no signs whether it was allowed or not, or if it was paid or not.

You can't be a 4-star hotel and don't offer basic things like toothpaste and toothbrush. They weren't available even on the reception. There is no water in the room and they sell you an insanely over-priced bottle of water. Hairdryer was avaliable only on rental. Breakfast was disappointing for the hotel standards. They have the infrastructure of a good hotel, but they must be in the verge of being bankrupt, because everything else was poor. They definitely don't deserve the 4-star symbol in booking and they can't be compared to any other 4-star hotel in the city, although they do charge the same price. Totally not worth the money.
