Simple Breakfast with bread and coffee.

Reasonable price.The person at the front desk is very polite and always attends with a smiling face.Big bright room.

Breakfast was a very small spread of bread,banana,coffee and cereal.It would be great if they can add eggs also.

When checking in early morning reception staff Eric saw I was exhausted. Long haul flight and tired anyways. He immediately gave me a key to relax in a room and around mid day I could change to the accommodation I had booked (studio). Super clean rooms, perfect working airconditioning system, extra comfortable bed with a soft pad layer on top. Breakfast is simple but very good quality and more then enough. Coffee is a real 'eye-opener', nice and strong! Did not stay 2 nights: stayed 14 nights!!

When taxi stopped at the premises I was bit confused where front door is. But once inside you are immediately in a modern nice cool lobby.

The room was so good, has free parking and internet.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The check in process is very easy.

Probably the only challenge staying there is the parking. They do have parking spots available but sometimes they are full.

The property has a good location and the price is ok for it's money.

The facilities could be improved.

It’s location. Fast internet. Spacious, and well lit rooms. Hot showers always worked.

1) CLEANLINESS is very poor at this “hotel”. all seating areas are due for a deep cleaning/restoration. Bedding and towels while somewhat cleaned, had this very unpleasant mildewed smell. there are far better options for the same price, in this area, having stayed in very close proximity at other hotels here. 2) ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY urgently needs improvement. The facility is not wheel-chair accesible. There’s NO elevator nor prior indication of that. The "stairs" are poorly constructed with hazardous building code violations. someone with normal to average height can easily get injured if not watching every single step. And, even though smoke detectors are installed, NO EMERGENCY EXITS, no fire extinguishers or hoses are visible, this is a very risky 5 stories high building with no elevator to stay at. 3) HOUSEKEEPERS don’t clean even when kindly reminded of that, expect your towels to stay the same way since you checked in, and if you run out of toilet paper, I have sad news to give you. 4) No hot breakfast options, very basic. I assure all of this is real. I’m glad this torment only lasted for 2 nights. I feel robbed. The room I was given was room 123. EDITED to add this reply, to the distasteful response from the "hotel" with regards to my honest review: I sincerely wish you the best, in the way you treat your guests, and for wrongly assuming they don't have proof of your mishaps. Reviews are made for you to take action on, not condescend on your customers. What is bad for your hotel, is to act in such a condescending way to customers who are giving you FREE feedback.
