Charming Brant Point Rose Covered Cottage - with Free WIFI and AC and Smart TVs
Dieses charmante, zweistöckige, klassische, mit Nantucket-Rosen bedeckte Cottage befindet sich in Brant Point, nur 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum, 3 Stränden und Fähren entfernt. Es wird kein Auto benötigt, obwohl sich vor dem Haus eine private Einfahrt befindet. Dieses traditionelle Cottage in Nantucket wurde komplett renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln und Dekorationen, luxuriösen europäischen Bettbezügen, Bettzeug, Handtüchern, Geschirr und Gläsern ausgestattet. Das neue HVAC-Split-System (thermostatische Steuerung) ersetzt alle Fenstereinheiten und Raumheizungen. Das gesamte Äußere wurde mit einem neuen Dach, einem neuen hinteren Deck und einer neuen Steinterrasse sowie einer neuen Außendusche neu gestaltet, wobei der historische Nantucket-Charme des Hauses beibehalten wurde. Die Blumen und Hortensien sind von Mai bis September in voller Blüte. Genießen Sie also einen Gartengrill mit neuem Gasgrill, dem neuen Teakholz-Gartentisch und Stühlen sowie neuen Adirondack-Stühlen. Dieses zweistöckige Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Bad und bequemen 4 Schlafplätzen. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und neuem Fliesenboden ausgestattet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett - das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten - alle Betten haben neue Matratzen. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen neuen 32 'Flachbildschirm HDTV / DVD. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen neuen Geräten grenzt an den Essbereich. Beide Schlafzimmer haben neue 23 'Flachbildfernseher / DVDs. Waschküche enthält eine neue Waschmaschine / Trockner. Gesichertes Comcast-WLAN und digitales Kabel-TV.

The cottage is very sweet and in a great location. Easy to walk to town but also nice and quiet. The house is small but big enough for our family of 4 for two nights. Any longer than 3 nights and it probably would have felt too small. Two kids slept upstairs which was great for the adults to get to stay up past kid bedtime.

Super cute cottage close to town! The backyard was fantastic to hang out in after a day at the beach. Easily walkable to downtown which made getting around very convenient. This is your classic summer cottage, no frills, but decorated so cute. Can’t wait to come back!

The property is a gem in the crown of beach cottages. Its decor is elegant but also keeping with the traditional beach cottage theme. Exquisite bed linens and bath towels.
Exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. The out door space as exceptional as the interior. There is nothing lacking in amenities, even the stroll from cottage to town center is a delight. Host left dining suggestions, another p!us to ensure a pleasurable getaway on this delightful island. Certainly will be booking again!

“This is it” was such a quaint, comfortable home with an excellent location, just steps from town. We had a fantastic weekend - my fiancé and I actually got engaged! We hope to come back soon!

Location was great and was easy to walk to town and other activities. Backyard was a plus and very relaxing! Cottage was quaint, but I would recommend a maximum of 4 people as space could be an issue. We had 3 older adults and the steps to the upstairs was tuff at times for us senior (over 60+) people. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

This is It! A cute little cottage in a great location. It has everything you need. It is a quick walk to town & Children’s Beach. It has a great backyard with a nice outdoor shower. The new mini splits keep the house nice & cool. It was a great oasis for my family during a few hot September days. I will certainly be booking again next year. I also can’t say enough about the owner. Easy to communicate with & very accommodating. Thank You Robert!

This place was perfect for our group. Iw was tiny, but the owner really maximized the space. There were hooks everywhere and ample space for clothing. the decor was top notch. We had two teenage girls with us and they loved it. Outdoor shower made it easy to get by with one bathroom. Can't top the location. Easy bike ride/walk to town and beach. Back yard was well landscaped and furnished with comfortable seating. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Mid-July stay seeking a walkable location to town, nearby beaches and great restaurants. We had a car at the end of our stay to go to other parts of the island but walking to Epernay & Current Vintage was easy for fine wine.
The back garden and abundant outdoor furnishings were very nice— and hedged in lawn area feels tranquil and private. We also loved that the outside shower was great water pressure and spacious.
I would love to return another visit!

The cottage was perfect for our two night stay in Nantucket and had everything our family needed, and plenty of space for us with two small children and an infant. Everything was kept very clean and the sheets, bedding and towels are very high quality. Having the backyard/deck and outdoor shower was perfect for after the beach. The walk to town or the Jetty’s beach are both about 10 minutes and we were able to manage easily without a car.

We so enjoyed our time on Nantucket in this cute and cozy cottage. Our girls (9 & 6) loved sleeping in the matching twin beds upstairs. The landscaping was gorgeous, as was the yard. The kitchen and laundry made it a convenient stay with kids. We rented bikes, but typically walked to town or drove to any excursions. Angela, the housekeeper was gracious, as was our host.

I'd never rented from VRBO before and Robert seemed to be the perfect host. The house had everything we could need including flashlights and umbrellas. It is a very small house but the location and charm made up for the size! The walk to town and to the Brant Point beach was completely walkable, but we rented bikes anyway. Bike riding proved to be the perfect way to explore the island. I'd come back again but next time I'd stay longer than two nights!!

We loved our stay here! There were a few issues, like ants in the bathroom. Owner was very responsive; however, I don't think I should have to call someone else to remedy the problem. That should be his responsibility. Also, the kitchen picture clearly shows a small coffeemaker. We brought coffee. There was only a percolator and a small Moka. We Googled how to use, but we never got a good cup of coffee! Major letdown, as we were a good 10-min. walk to coffee place. We also finally found more washcloths upstairs, the day we left. The backyard is a wonderful oasis! It's a wonderful home with a great location, so the minor issues did not ruin it for us.

Cute little cottage! It fit our needs perfectly and it was close to all the restaurants which was great! Wish there was a little more lighting on the streets for late night walks, but that has nothing to do with the property! Would recommend for small groups or perfect for a couple!

Robert is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions, and minor additional accommodations we needed. The property is beautiful, with a wonderful back garden that we got a lot of use out of - especially the outdoor shower! Great location for walking into town. Highly recommended.

Brant Point Charmer
Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Communication with owner could not have been more professional or thorough. This home was perfect for our three night stay with two toddlers in tow. Location is pleasantly quiet and easily walkable to town and the ferry docks. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space along with the outdoor shower. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a picturesque Nantucket cottage. You won't be disappointed!

Great location!
Robert was very responsive with my questions before our trip to Nantucket and once we arrived at his home. We had a little trouble figuring out the remotes for the heat but Robert sent his caretaker to help us. We did not use the second floor but enjoyed the first floor space and the backyard and deck. Easy walk to town and Jetties Beach!
