The house was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation stay. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and storage for everyone. Restaurants were close by too. My only complaint is there should be a king size bed in the master. I believe it was a full size which is small for two people. I would definitely stay here again though!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was only a block away from the beach and within walking distance of a few restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.

This was an excellent place for a family getaway. The home was meticulously clean with plenty of space. The property was on a quiet street, less than a five minute walk to East Beach. The Property Manager was very communicative prior to the rental period. She also kept a binder in the house of things to do and places to see to include a comprehensive list of restaurants on the Island. As such, there were no surprises and the check in and check out process was seamless. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Great 6 week visit to St Simons! We have been wintering there for the past 5 years, staying a different place each year. This is one we would like to return to. The location and amenities were just what we were looking for.

We had a lovely stay during our time at this townhouse. All the rooms are beautifully decorated, and there is room for everyone in the family to spread out. Each room has its own bathroom and balcony, including a large master suite on its own floor. Access to the beach is only a short easy walk. This made it easy to make multiple trips to the beach with breaks in between back at the townhouse. Judy was so easy to work with and was so helpful. She provided detailed instructions along the way, and we would be happy to rent her lovely townhouse again. Enjoy!

This townhouse has so much to offer! From so much space and a perfect location to many extras inside that make your stay so much easier--- it is a great place to stay for an awesome St Simons vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neptune-by-the-Sea. The townhouse was spacious, clean, nicely decorated with very interesting art, a block away from the beach, and close to the village. Judy provided everything we needed from a beach wagon to an elevator to access the upper floors. We will definitely plan to stay here when we return.

This was the perfect retreat for our family vacation. The 3 main floors gave the adults and children privacy and down time if needed. This was within a couple minute walk to the beach, as well as fabulous restaurants and shopping. The owner, Judy, was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend’

We absolutely had a wonderful time at this property. It was like new, furnished beautifully and very clean. Everything was provided just bring your bathing suites. The bedrooms were wonderful, each with it's own bathroom, each with a patio. The kitchen had all we needed to make some meals. It was directly across from the beach and they even provided some beach chairs and towels, which we used every day. We had Wifi and cable and even when we had one day that was a little overcast we still had plenty to do in town. This is a great place for a family or a group of people. Owner is very responsive. Would recommend this condo to anyone! We loved our little vacation.

St Simons is wonderful. The condo is charming - it provided a good home base for our trip, but it would be great if: 1) the master had a king sized bed (the queen sized mattress is too old to be comfortable for 2 people; my husband and I ended up sleeping in separate rooms) 2) the bedding and linens were more like hotel-grade (the sheets and towels looked to be from a by-gone era) 3) shampoo was provided (we bought a normal sized bottle of shampoo at the local store and donated it to the house) 4) blow dryer was provided (who packs a blow dryer these days?) 5) a few maintenance items around the house were attended to. The owner was very responsive to a minor problem we encountered during our stay.

The location of the house is perfect! Close to the beach and to great restaurants; an easy walk to village and pier. Bedrooms were spacious; beds were super comfortable. Neat porches and balconies for morning coffee. House was well furnished, and the elevator was very handy! Working with Judy was easy; she was quick to respond to any questions, and her directions for everything were perfect. I hope to rent this house again - especially for our group of teachers needing a spring break!

What a great place, so close to the beach, wonderfully decorated home, owners so helpful & gracious as we went thru the rental process. We will definitely be back & also recommend the townhome to our friends. And of course, St. Simons is just perfect. We love the village & all the shops & reasonably priced restaurants. Moo Cow is great for delicious homemade ice cream. Super getaway!!

Two grandparents, two couples and two babies were in our group and the home was plenty big for all of us. Each bedroom having its own private bath was a big plus for us. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping as well as the beach.

Judy was very helpful and prompt sending paperwork and info. The Townhouse was very comfortable and the elevator handy for hauling luggage in and out. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and restaurants were 2 minutes the other direction! Very pleasant place to stay.

We stayed in the Bozarth Townhouse for Memorial Day Weekend. From the first moment I talked to Judy, she was wonderful. She explained everything in detail, she was quick to communicate and she answered all of my questions in detail. She gave specific instructions for check in and provided directions and a list of restaurants to visit. The townhouse is only about a block from the beach and it was in a perfect location. We had 3 couples staying and it never felt crowded. The townhouse was clean and beautifully decorated. It really was the perfect spot for us to stay for the weekend. If you are looking for a townhouse on St. Simons, this one would be a great choice. We look forward to staying again on our next visit. Judy is great and her townhouse is gorgeous.

Judy's townhome was the perfect venue for our Viet Nam Vets reunion with my husband and I, and two other couples. The three bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms met our needs perfectly. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The dining room and living areas were lovely for us to gather, drink wine and have great conversation. The beautiful beach is a block away and wonderful for early morning walks. We ate at the two seafood restaurants down the street and the deli had fabulous sandwiches and cookies! We ate there more than once! The village is an easy 1/2 mile walk or a quick drive. Del Sur was a delicious place to eat downtown. We took the historical tour with Rod. He was an excellent tour guide, would highly recommend. Judy provided excellent customer service. She was in constant contact and provided detailed information about the townhome, as well as arrival and departure instructions. The townhome was meticulously clean and well cared for. It was a wonderful getaway for us and our friends. We would highly recommend! Thank you Judy for sharing your home and your warm hospitality.

We had a great time here. Plenty of room! The kitchen is very spacious--everything you need. We loved the location. You can walk to The Beachcomber, The Crab Shack and Crabdaddy's. The beach is just a very short walk across the street. It's just a few short minutes to the downtown area, via car or bike. Very comforatable.

We found the house very clean and the furnishings were exactly as descripted. The location was perfect, a block and a half from the beach and within walking distance to several great restaurants. The owners were very attentive. We had a question about the TV, they returned calls promptly and followed up each time. Room sizes were large and well appointed. The three levels gave all family members plenty of privacy. We will definitely book this house again the next time we vacation at St. Simons and would highly recommend this home to a friend or relative. Spencer Family 2015

I recently had a fabulous time at Judy's townhome in St. Simon's. This was a great vacation for four friends who needed to get out of the city. The townhome was spotless with plenty of space. The home is decorated beautifully, but not stuffy. The bedrooms have comfortable bedding and there are interesting antiques, and lovely artwork thoughout the home. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for the group and also spacious. The garage is a bonus and we love using the elevator to transport luggage, etc. There are many wonderful restaurants within close proximity. The beach is a short walk down the street, easy enough to go back and forth. We even walked to the lighthouse for a concert. The owner is very helpful and will make sure you have a pleasant stay! I definitely recommend this vacation townhome and plan to go back.
