location is superb as is the design of the facilities close to the water … great bales with power points IF you want to work … or sit in the sea air and read at night . easy access to the ocean.

Nothing all was perfect.

Amarta is a wonderfully relaxing place with nice rooms, good food, and a great spa.

There was nothing we didn’t like although there could pool a few more pool lounges.

The beach and snorkelling were good, we were lucky there was no wind because this can be windy spot. Very good restaurant and well kept gardens.

Right on the beach with good snorkeling. Lovely bungalows, well Spread out and grounds tidy. The staff were lovely and kind and couldn’t do more for you. The massages and spa girls were fabulous.

A little out of way and if you don’t like walking, you need a bike t on get around to other areas.

The proximity to the beach. Best in candidasa . So very very chilled. If you get the right room the view is awesome and a big time waster in a good way.

The Resturant could do with a revamp, but still very good and great salads

This is not a 5-star hotel, so it would not be fair to rate it like one. That means, this accommodation is maybe not perfect, but in this category it outstands other facilities of the same category. I read more reviews about older equipment in the rooms, but in our room everything was good and without any damage - maybe they renewed in the meantime. We extended our stay 2 times, because it was so nice here. The location is very good, it is quite a calm area with a very nice beach with perfect sand and everything was clean here. The pool with a sea view is a perfect add on, also a massage table right at the beachfront. The best thing was a restaurant right at the sea, with a very good choices of meals and cocktails and affordable prices. We tried 4 different locations at Bali, but this accommodation was a very good choice in this price category. I believe this is the best choice in this region. As a bonus, there is a scooter rental office right in the neighborhood and the roads in this region are safer and not so dense than around Denpasar. So you can easily explore the surroundings with a scooter.

The water in the shower could have a higher pressure and the temperature could be more hot, but it was still satisfactory and useful.

Set right on a lovely little white beach, beautiful views, nice pool, cute but sparse rooms. Nice verandah.

The biting ants that drop on you the bathroom, the lack of internal furniture. A staff are helpful but not real happy about it.

The views, the room and the location are perfect. It is unpretentious and quiet with a very relaxing vibe. The breakfasts are very generous

If you don't like the sound of the ocean then maybe this spot isn't for you...luckily we enjoyed being on the waters edge. Some of the meals can be a little inconsistent 😉from amazing to getting frozen mixed veges on a vegetarian pizza 😂

Nice view , the location is ok to move around with a lot of restaurants and cafe. The massage in the hotel spa was great.

The Bungalow standard is very uncomfortable, no wardrobe, no desk, only the bed inside. The lights are positioned in a strange way and the bathroom is very old and not comfortable at all. There is no space to put your staff. The only good thing is the fridge. The breakfast is very poor and there is no beach because of the tide.

So very beautiful and peaceful. Staff so helpful and friendly. Cafe wonderful. Free breakfast divine. Pool immaculate and on shore snorkeling great

Specials board at cafe should be changed daily.

It was a beautiful outlook from our upstairs balcony room through the palm trees over the pool area and out to sea. We liked the location and the staff were friendly.

bungalow was very comfortable , location was perfect . Pool was wonderful . A lovely place to chill , relax and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

only one small issue - there was renovating and painting going on all around me but they were very considerate and not to noisy. At least the bungalows will be freshly painted next time I stay . which I intend to ! :-)

Dogs belonging to guests were allowed to roam freely throughout the resort and in the restaurant area.

Beautiful place staff were friendly but didn't understand English very well. Facilities and rooms were great very clean and comfortable.

Food is not tasty.. Water in the pool has too much chlorine.

Food is decent. Ocean side with snorkelling is good. Rooms were clean, bed comfy.

Breakfast needs to change. Bread is like cardboard. But there is no other option. I can't eat bread or eggs. They didn't even have fried rice as a breakfast choice. Was told it must be ordered the day before. No rice? In Indonesia?? We went to Candi beach resort next door and had an amazing breakfast.

We loved being right on the beach and having the best snorkeling straight out the front off the shore. It was super quiet and surroundings were so peaceful. Everybody was so helpful and the food there was great. I will be recommending this place to my friends as well as our driver wayan goax who lives local.

There was nothing about our stay at amarta that we didnt like. It exceeded our expectations.

Great location and really great snorkelling directly from the property, a really awesome spa and massage. The included breakfast was really tasty and the staff were really helpful. Everything was clean and as described. Would recommend.

Property is on the beach with direct beach access to white sand swimming beach and beautiful water. Excellent views of the water. Perfect for families.

It's a 3 star hotel, so you get what you paid for but excellent value for money if on a budget.

Love the view of the infinity pool, room is clean and big, love the view of the ocean and the mountain, quiet and serene

Customer services need to be improved, especially when treated local. Breakfast is okay, more varieties of fruits will be great.
