Situation Personal

Appartments preparation of the kitchen Noisy at night, due to celebrations at the neighboor building.

There TV remote control did not work There was no shampoo There is no breakfast option

The house was very clean, both rooms had disinfectant dispensers. The beds were comfortable, the view outside was beautiful, the grass was freshly cut.

When arriving at the location (that has poor signal by the way), we contacted the manager of the place so we could get the keys to enter it. The keys were delivered to us not by the manager but by another person which was a bit confusing for us since we were always in contact with the manager and were expecting to meet her and presentig the documents of our reservation to her as well. The documents weren't checked, we were given the keys immediately which might sound amazing cause you want all of the process to be as fast as it can be, but it felt rushed and not as welcoming as it could be. The room with the kitchen had cutlery for 4 people when the reservation was for 5 people, luckyly we brought cutlery for ourselves or someone would have to share. The sprinklers were left working all night which was crazy imagining the amount of water that was wasted since the grass was quite short not needing that much water. Needless to say the floor outside was wet pretty much for the whole stay for us which isn't nice when the parking lot has a sandy floor and you get your car full of sand that was glued to your shoes.
