The property was clean and daily housekeeping. Location is not bad, just above a KK one shopping mall and there are several restaurants serving Chinese food. There is also a KFC and Mac near the property. Size is good for two people only. AC was great and the bed was comfortable. The office is in C2 8th Floor,my apartment was in C3 12th floor.
The kitchen had nothing, literally nothing. one plate, one spoon, two bowls, two kitchen knifes, one chopping board and few old dirty dishes. I had to buy washing liquid and sponge to wash the dishes. Don’t book if you are interested in some cooking. when I checked in, there was no toilet roll, so I had to call and ask for it. The guy gave me one toilet roll. Toilet just stinks and you have to leave the window open all the time. The traffic noise starts early in the morning.

The location of this hotel is right near a train station, and Future City shopping mall which is just perfect. SooOOO many food options right on the doorstep.
Conveniently, there is a ICBC right down stairs which is one of the very few ATMs that work with foreign bank accounts. (Because I am a foreigner and do not have a Chinese bank account, traveling in China can be hard as everybody uses Alipay or Wechat pay, (which both require owning a Chinese bank account). It's difficult being so reliant on cash to pay for things. I have spent many frantic hours wondering around, quite low on cash trying to desperately locate a Bank of China or ICBC.)

It was spacious, pretty clean and with daily maid service, and a great location nearby the mall and metro station with lots of yummy food options nearby. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful!

Proximity of the location to the Xiasha Metro station would be at the top of my list. The Shenzhenwang Park is only about 2.5 km away is a plus for runners.
Suggest considering the installation of a peep hole in the entry door.

Layout is very nice and cosy. The location is good and subway is nearby. It has big shopping mall (KK one) which has lots of nice brands and goods to buy. There are also many specialty F&B outlets below the apartment building and across the street. Comfortable stay overall

No breakfast but lots of place to eat in that area. The location is really nice. Huge mall just below and lots of GREAT streets food just around it and a few great bar for the evening. If you see it as a place to just sleep, nothing more, it is good
Old and run down, the walk paper is falling off and the bath room is small and dirty. The sofa is not that clean, the apartment is just a little better than COVID Quarantine area/hotel as there is a small kitchen. Most important, it is not soundproof.

My second stay at this hotel and again a great place in great location above the kk one mall, rooms are clean and comfortable i had a sea view room which had a nice view and a slightly larger floor space compared to the garden view rooms
There is kitchen facilities but i feel they lack cutlery and cooking equipment, not a problem if your eating out but it would be nice to have at lease a spoon for the complimentary tea they provide you with
