Cute little space. The room was tiny but spacious. Well maintained. Bathroom was clean and big - with good quality toilet paper (a rarity these days!) The lady that checked us in was awesome and super friendly! gave us such a warm welcome - even carried our bags upstairs for us, and showed us how the shower works! Great hospitality. Many eateries in walking distance. 15 minute walk from the train station.

Good location and nice breakfast

Good location, helpful staff, the room with private bathroom was comfortable, Scottish breakfast was delicious. When we had to leave before breakfast time we still could have a simple but good enough breakfast.

I had a question before our stay through booking.com, they never answered which was weird but finally they solved the problem.

It was in a beautiful part of the city, easy to find. The two rooms were both well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was big and delicious.

I like the room, cleanliness, very cozy and comfort, staff hospitality was excellent(the lady was extremely helpful and found us a heater, coz I was traveling with my mom and just wanted to make sure the room is warm). breakfast was excellent👍 location is good and easily accessible to walk from the other side of the river.

We are family of 4 back end-Nov2022, 2pax per room, pretty ok with a small toilet in each but works. Host is very helpful and friendly, shared some tips where to go around the city, and there's cooked breakfast provided which we feel very homely, Value for money, will recommend 👌

Room size, bed comfy level and furniture might need some upgrade ..however all are usable if you are not too picky. I feel for the price , its pretty ok.

A bit of noise from other rooms but nothing major

The Hosts were great and very friendly, despite being under the weather. Location was brilliant and room was toasty warm. Breakfast was served promptly and toast was on demand, in a cozy dining area! Large selection of tea and coffee in room with proper kettle and mugs! good permit parking!

The facilities and furniture were dated and tired T.V did not receive any channels and remote did not work. Door locks were tricky and shower was not very powerful!

Short walk via footbridge over River Ness from bus & train stations. Quiet area between city & Caledonian Canal with Spar shop. Attractive welcoming house. Delight stay white room instead oft used beige with comfortable bed well thought out fittings & view garden. Good shower. Slightly dishevelled manner of host belied careful organisation & attention to detail. He responded promptly to requests even getting up earlier so that my slow walking partner had time to catch early train without having gobble breakfast! Cooked breakfast & cold buffet items good value for price paid room. Would happily stay here again.

Our host was very kind and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable for the two of us. It takes a few minutes to understand the shower, but once you’ve figured it out, it’s quite good. Breakfast was good. There’s cooked Scottish breakfast available, as well as toast, fresh fruits etc.

The shower curtain rod was broken.
