Spa charge being extra and closing too early

The spa and hotel restaurant are really nice. The spa brings our overall stay up from a 5 rating to a 7. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Staff very nice and attentive

If it wasnt for the spa this hotel would score alot lower. The spa is however, very expensive! Hotel rooms are dated and toilet is quite cramped. Hotel rooms have these random kitchenettes built in. Our room smelt like chip grease which was a big turn off. Rooms are not very well sound proofed and there is a lot of noise until about midnight.

A very comfortable place, good design, very stylish, impressive shower, suited our requirements.

Nice structure immersed in nature, I raccomend using the pool in the morning if you are not doing the spa trail. We also had a good dinner at the restaurant

the room is super small, the bed was NOT comfortable (both husband and I woke up with back pain), our room was just above restaurant terrace and people laughing loud until 12, there was a guy singing from 19-22h (very loud), breakfast for 12€ was VERY limited!!

We stopped at the Domaine for one night, while Passing through towards Italy, and ended up sad because we didnt book a longer stay! Location and rooms were very quiet and comfortable - if only we had time to try out the Spa! Bonus points to this location for showing appréciation towards their full staff (mentioning them by name in a guide in the room, supporting the social economy in the resto, etc.)

Mega location in the forest. The restaurant was high quality. The room was large with its own cooking facilities.

The air con just turned off in the middle of the night, the room according to the temperature gauge on the air con unit was 27c and if it wasn't for the fan inside the room there is no way we would have been able to sleep that night at all. The shower head high adjuster was damaged so it was stuck at the lowest level.

Nice hotel on top of the mountain. We stayed in a traditional lodge. The kids loved it. Nice rooms, good beds. Parent bedroom downstairs, kids upstairs. Setup is handy, you can park in front of the lodge. The showers were good and clean. Shower downstairs is big. Very nice surroundings, things to do for the kids. The restaurant is very good and cozy, even now during Covid. Great breakfast.

Minor, no remote control for the airconditioner. Asked at the reception, assume they forgot.

Location up in the hills- very green location without any traffic or noise

Very nicely located in the middle of the forrest ! Nice little walk around the property and the little hill with some botanical and historical inforations. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately due to COVID we could have a drink at the bar, eat in the restaurant or use the sauna jacuzzi pool facilities. A great spot in winter but also in summer I guess. We will be back

The rooms look great and they thought of every detail - Decoration was lovely. The staff was very nice and attentive. They packed my breakfast to go (since I had to leave earlier). I appreciated their kindness and how fast they did the check-in and checkout.

The Pool for the ones that booked a room/studio is only available from 1900 to 2000.

great location in the middle of the woods, nice breakfast, the lamb in the restaurant was excellent! Comfy bed too!

the bathroom was a bit plasticky, other than that all very nicely done.
