first of all very professional and friendly staff , this is my second time at the property and so far has met all my expectations, because I travel for business and sight seeing the location was perfect.

The bed wasn't comfortable since they put 2 singles together and there are constantly a gap that I needed to close

I was relocated to a different room after the first two nights of my 4 night stay. I was relocated to the 4th floor (even though I had limited mobility with a back issue)... where the wifi didn't even reach into my room. The staff was not sympathetic and offered no solutions. I switched to a hotel for the last two nights.

I give only one stars to this hotel just because they don’t Mention anywhere that cannot pay with credit card, debt card or any kind of electronic payment. Don’t even PayPal and also they not accept a bank transfer which is something I can do with my mobile. So be aware that the only way to pay is cash and there are no ATM machine close the place the closest one is at about 2 km. The boy at the reception is very kind and the in the end he had to escort me at the check out to the closest bank taking a taxi with us. The room is clean mother is a new shampoo or any products to get a shower just a solid soap. Was the air condition in the room which work well but it’s very nicey and there is no fridge or mini fridge in the room. It’s true that the Wi-Fi was available but basically it’s like it wasn’t because was very weak, you can get the signal only by the corridor and the speed connection was really low. Impossible even to open Facebook.

None of all the cable TV channels speaks English. Housekeepers also doesn't speak English.
