Great Location! Close to the main attractions and great restaurants. Quality - Price Ratio is worth it! Comfortable bed and a great and clean bathroom. Bathroom had everything including a hair dryer which is a must for me. They have parking for guests and I hqven’t ised it but it looks great.

The laundry service took more than 24 hours. The clothes smelled nice and were nicely foldee but the stains in my clothes remained. In the night when you come it is quite conplicated to get in. Have to ring the bell and someone has to come down to open. You can’t use your card to simply get back inside. Location can be noisy sometimes. Still great location and good quality - price ratio.

The staff was great and the location is perfect, the room was big and clean.

There are no windows in the rooms

Large, quiet and clean rooms. Very conveniently located.

The mattress and pillows were noisy and sweaty because of a protective covering between the matress/pillow and the sheets. We removed them and everything was fine afterwards.

Great location. Parking garage is in the same building and seamless to park there for free. Bell boy was great helping us get to our room. Room itself seemed pretty new and had great views of the city center.

Bathroom had a horrible smell coming from the shower drain. We complained but they said they couldn't smell anything. Also it was kind of weird that had to leave a 200 peso deposit for the TV and A/C remotes. When I checked out they couldn't find my deposit so I had to insist and wait a while to finally get it back.
