The little nice things the host arranged. Made it special without asking!

My partner and I stayed here for 10 nights in June 2022 and we had a lovely time. The room was excellent and catered to all our needs. Dimitris the host was very nice and helpful. The location is great with a 2min walk to the beach, 7min walk to a large supermarket and excellent restaurants only a few minutes walk away. If you're looking for a nice relaxing holiday this is the place for you.

This was by far the best accomodation we have ever booked on booking.com! Our host, Dimitris, was absolutely amazing. He made sure everything was perfect. The communication is 10/10, he always answered so fast, which was great! The studio itself was super clean and spacious, it has everything we needed. The location is really nice, because everything was so nearby. The beach is only 1 min away and there are several nice places to eat. Dimitris made sure we knew what was good and what was not. The place is also very quite, so you can enjoy your vacation in peace. Luckily, the airconditioning worked really well. We will definitely be back :) We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay and a better host! We enjoyed every second of it.

Dimitris is a very nice guest. I recommend at 100%. Nice value for money balance :) By the way there is also a sweet place to have dinner just accros the road, “Bellisimo”, with authentic Greek cuisine and kind personnel.

We really enjoyed the location, it was 2 mins walk from beach, in a quiet street, but still close to everything we needed. There were several restaurants near us.

There are various apartments and each has different quality. We stayed in a smaller one, so I would advise choosing the biggest one as that one doesnt have majority of problems we experienced. Huge disappointment in our apartment was quality of bed and bathroom. The bed was really uncomfortable, it was one mattrace that kept making sounds and moving so if you wake up at night you also wake up a person next to you. The bed frame was very low quality (or maybe just old) and it kept making very loud sounds (and I am not talking about intimate stuff, I am talking about simply sitting on the bed and moving to change position for example). Regarding to the bathroom, the shower curtain was too short so there was water everywhere even after 5-minute shower - we had to put a towel on the floor that was completely soaked after such a short time. There was nothing to ensure the water will actually go to the drain (there was no slope, it just stayed on the floor) so we had to push it to get it there. The last thing was overall structure of the house. This was the first vacation when we had AC turned on the whole night. There was no isolation or anything to ensure pleasant time inside. We often could not sleep at night because of the noise from AC and fridge. But that is probably just how greek houses are constructed. If you are someone who tends to get cold from AC or is a light sleeper, you should find some other accomodation - probably a hotel. + there was only one bed sheet for 2 people. I am sorry but not everyone is comfortable with this. To uplift the comfort of your guests, please add another one.

The host and another family members was very friendly and helpfully. Nice interior of room. Carpe Diem Studios close from the beach and restaurant Bellissimo, where every day had tasty lunch.

Very good communication with the owner, although we did not meet in person. The place was clean and perfect for one person. Only 2mins away from the beach and everything you need in walking distance.

What I was missing is a coffee machine.

It has a gay and friendly atmosphere, clean and practical with kitchen corner and bath. You can‘t see the sea but it really is only a 3 min walk to the Ialysos beach! And it‘s 10min walk along the beach to the ProCenter windsurf school, which is why I went there. The pebble beach is openly accessible and clean. To Rhodos city with its impressive old city walls and towers its a 20min scooter drive. The owners‘ family is living a bit reset to the back but next to the apartment and very helpful if You need something and very friendly. There is a really good matrass on the big bed which I appreciate a lot.

Very generous and helpful host. We asked about the timetable of buses aiming to Diagoras airport because we needed to get there early in the morning and their web pages were in Greek. They got the info for us from the bus company and even offered to give us a lift. Thank you again!

The cleanliness and the service provided by Dimitris and all his family was fantastic.
