Io e mio marito abbiamo dormito in questa bella struttura trovandoci davvero molto bene. UBICAZIONE: L'appartamento è in un complesso di case, con ingresso sul retro, al quale ci si può arrivare in macchina ma questa poi va posteggiata davanti, con un parcheggio privato. C'è un piccolo passaggio pedonale, dietro alle case, che porta al parcheggio (Sembra chiuso ma in realtà è un cancellino a spinta). La macchina può essere lasciata lì per andare al mausoleo, al museo o comunque al centro del paese. Di fronte all'appartamelo c'è un supermercato (domenica chiuso) e un bar ristorante. Al di sotto altre attività. Il condominio di 4 appartamenti presentava al suo interno un ascensore STRUTTURA: l'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso, nuovo. All'ingresso c'è un disimpegno con un grande armadio a muro (con all'interno gli asciugamani) e di fronte la camera da letto, anch'essa con grande armadio a muro su misura. Nella camera c'era anche una piccola sauna elettrica Il soggiorno con cucina a vista ha un ampio divano, forse letto, una tv al plasma, tavolo con sedie e un letto singolo dietro al divano. La cucina a vista ha tutti gli accessori per cucinare. Erano presenti anche olio, spezie, caffè. Tutto pulito. Bagno ampio, con finestra e terrazzo, pulito. All'interno dell'armadietto del mobile del lavandino c'erano shampoo, balsamo, docciaschiuma, phone a filo. All'interno della casa c'era tutto quello che necessita un appartamento: stendini, ferro da stiro, asse, detersivi, un deumidificatore....tutto, davvero un appartamento completo in tutto SERVIZI: io e il proprietario abbiamo comunicato sempre sulla chat di Booking. LE chiavi erano all'interno di una piccola cassetta di sicurezza ubicata sotto la cassetta della posta all'ingresso del condominio. Assolutamente consigliato.

Unica nota negativa, la tassa di soggiorno che ci è stato chiesto di pagare in loco, lasciando i soldi sul tavolo (Sarebbe stato più comodo pagarlo in altro modo, ma avendoli con noi abbiamo lasciato lì i soldi)

This is appartment is located in the centre of Kobarid, so you have lots of restaurants and a supermarket is right across the street. As Kobarid was quite popular in the summer, it's really convenient that you have your own reserved parking space. The appartment is modernly refurbished and has all the appliances you need and more. We even got a welcome gift, which was a very nice surprise. The host is very friendly and easily accessible and had a solution ready almost immediately when we encountered an issue with one of the beds. The appartment (second floor, easily accessed by elevator if you don't want to take the stairs) is really well insulated, buth soundwise ( even though the streets were very busys, as soon as you closed the windows, you had instant peace and quiet), as well as cfr the heat. There is an airco, but while it was 28°C outside, inside it was nice and cool, so we didn't even need to switch on the airco. All windows have mosquito screens, and curtains as well as blinds, which is very nice too. I would definitely recommend this appartment of you're planning to visit the So^ca valley region and Triglav national park etc.

The mattress was just a tad to soft for us, but that's personal preference. (we're used to sleepin on a a quite hard mattress).

A beautiful apartment, in the village of Kobarid, with its own parking lot, managed by a friendly hostess. The apartment is modern, the kitchen is very spacious and equipped above standard. There were only two of us, but the apartment is also suitable for a family with two or three children. The next time we are in Kobarid, we will definitely stay in this apartment again.

We loved everything about this apartment. The location is excellent, there’s a free designated parking spot, the bed was super comfortable, the shower had the best water pressure of any shower I’ve ever been in, the apartment is spacious, there were extra towels, pillows, hangers, and toilet paper, there’s an elevator, and the host was very communicative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very beautiful apartment with everything you need in the center of Kobarid with the shop and restaurants nearby. It is really a full equiped flat. Just go to places recommended by the nice lady owner. We had a perfect stay there!
