Annual family get together was wonderful with a perfect place to stay!

Had a spectacular time. The house is so clean and tidy. Well stocked. If you needed anything, I can guarantee you that they had it. Beautifully decorated. Only issue was there were several VERY LARGE spiders inside the house.

It was perfect, the sunsets were amazing, the property is charming and had everything you could possibly need for your stay! 5 stars! Would stay again for sure!

Grandson was playing in tournament at Rocker B Ranch. Since there is always so much downtime between games we decided to stay on the lake so all the kids could have a good time. The house, location, view were perfect for our family. Plenty of room, docks were great to fish off her, lawn was sticker few and the perfect mat for gymnastics & games for the kids while adults sat on patio watching & enjoying a breathtaking sunset! Wonderful weekend!!!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament weekend! Beautiful property and great location to the fields! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time! We had everything we needed, enough room, location was great and a lovely home! The back yard was great to play frisbee and football and the view was spectacular. An overall great experience!

RENTER BEWARE, Property is nowhere near the size of the pictures portrayed. SERIOUS INFESTATION problems resulting in non-relaxing vacation. Found giant spider tucked into the bedding (after I slept in for a night) cockroaches under the kids bunk beds, mice which one was caught in a trap which I had to deal with at 3AM, bugs from floor to ceiling (literally) and more and more giant spiders found in close proximity in the bedroom where my infant child was sleeping. Worst infestation I have ever seen and homeowner tired to use the COVID Pandemic as an excuse for monthly bug spraying service ceasing. That is something that a renter would like to know before bringing their family for vacation especially with an infant! I don't know about you, but if the roles were reversed and that was my home I would be severely embarrassed and try to do what ever I could to properly compensate the renter for their horrific experience. To my surprise, property owner couldn't care less and did absolutely nothing to rectify the numerous issues. Please look elsewhere if you want to have an enjoyable vacation at PK Lake. I have pictures to verify everything if you are interested.

We had such a fun time at the Wilbanks home. They had every single thing we needed. AC worked so well. The dock was a total blast for our kids. We're thankful they opened their home to us. It was at the far north end of the lake so water was a little more muddy and pretty far from the main part of the lake but the house was great!

Home was well stocked with essentials . Home was clean and the air conditioner was worked perfectly. Loved the hummingbirds. The dock was large and clean . We would Love to come again

We had a great time fishing, swimming, boating, and just relaxing. We enjoyed campfires most nights. Dock/pier was even better than the picture shows.

This home was perfect for our family. Our 2 adult daughters and their spouses as well as a grandson had a great time. We love that the back yard is large and a distance from the water. We played lots of outdoor games - football, frisbee, cornhole and had smores in the fire pit one evening. We also enjoyed the dock every morning with coffee and fished every night. We also swam from the dock each day. We actually didn't need to leave the property for anything. The home was very clean and beds comfortable. We only wished there was a shower in the double queen room - however we knew going in that this was a half bath so it was not a surprise. We'll be back!!

We always have a great time at PK. This is our second year here, and Audra took great care of us. The cabin was well appointed, we cooked a lot, and had everything we needed. It’s perfect for multigenerational families. The air conditioner is fantastic which is always nice!!

They caught several fish off the dock, even in this heat. They said it was well stocked and they had a great time. Thank you!

Very relaxing weekend at the lake would recommend

the property was so delightfully quaint and cozy. The property owners were easy to work with and great hosts. Loved the long grass yard leading to the dock. Great experience would book again. Thanks for a great stay:)

My wife and I and 3 of our adult children spent 4 great nights in June 2019. This house is excellently equipped. Every time we said "I wonder if there is a ............", we found it with a little looking. We took along our boat and the boat dock was excellent. I was not familiar with Possum Kingdom Lake, and it wouldn't have mattered if I had, but those who are familiar and want to be in the thick of all the fancy resorts and homes should know that it is not, but that's not a knock on the property at all. It is 12.5 miles from the dam one-way, but we had our boat and made the trip to the dam three of the four days we were there. The scenery is beautiful all the way, anyway. Audra was quick to respond to the minor issues we encountered, and very gracious when unforeseen circumstances caused us to need to go past check out time on the last day. Another thing that parents of small children should know is that the shoreline is very rocky and not suitable for swimming, but we swam right off the dock which was fine. This location is right where the Brazos empties into the lake, so I assume the water quality is always less than farther down the lake, but this not a knock on the place either. Just something you might want to know ahead of time. We would DEFINITELY stay again.

We had such a wonderful weekend at this beautiful and cozy lake house! It was the perfect space with everything we needed! Would highly recommend, we will definitely be coming back to visit soon!!

We enjoyed our stay and your adorable lake house. Loved the decor, great set up for our two families, the large grass area was perfect for corn hole, frisbee and making s’mores. We enjoyed playing games after a long day on the lake. Hope to rent again for a longer stay next summer!

The house has a great location and gorgeous views. We had 8 people so sharing the shower was a little challenging but three toilets so that works.

We enjoyed our stay with kids and grandparents. Wonderful kids bunks and play area. Separate bedroom area across the screened porch was wonderful. We cooked, played games, swam and enjoyed the dock. Caught some small catfish not big enough to keep. A great get away.

Great location on the lake. Lovely quirky older home with plenty of rooms for all. Love how you kept the older charm with the tin and wood ceilings. Even able to get my disabled hubby to the lake to swim. With 3 generations everyone was happy with lots of space and laughing and love and deep water swimming. Can't thank you enough for this beautiful place with amazing sunsets each evening. Only complaint is back bedroom needs another wall AC. Will definitely keep this place on the favorites list for the future.
