En suite bathrooms for the win! What you see in the photos is really what you get

Clothes line at the patio. Please provide a drying rack too in case it drizzles or rains. Sponge for dish washing. Oh and hopefully AC for the summer.

Location was great and having the garage was very good for our motorbikes.

Great place for family of 5.. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the aquaduct.. Andre's gave us all the information we need to see Sagovia. Best value for money.

The property was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised that each bedroom had an on-site. There was a small lobby where the entrance the front door opened onto the pavement so no stairs to climb. We where meet by Maria who was fantastic and we give here 10 out of ten. She was very helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much for her. She gave us a map and pointed out lots of interesting places. Marie even helped us order some food as we had arrived late following a long journey. The accommodations is very close to the centre. The beds were very comfortable and the property clean. The only issue we had was that the settee had stain marks on them. There was a garage opposite and were able to park 2 cars. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect place to stay. Not very far from the centre of town. The owners were very attentive and welcoming! They offered great recommendations for places to eat and sights to see. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Spacious. Every room had it's own bathroom. Low key location near university which allowed easy exploration of the old and new towns. Communicative and helpful host.

this property is great! Very thoughtfully designed and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. No AC but fans provided good air circulation. you can easily cook dinner if you choose and not worry about having the proper pots, pans,knives etc. The beds are very comfortable, bathrooms well equipped.

only criticism could be that there are no restaurants nearby

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location, an easy walk to the centre. It was a perfect base for our group of friends.
