Very nice staff, they were always open to give nice suggestions on where to eat, what to do and so on. They were also were highly flexible, on a nice location with a pool available and a nice breakfast

The staff were great, all were very kind. Luana at the desk was very helpful with her recommendations, what to do, where to go, eat, etc. Also, the breakfast was great with very good quality. will return there on my next visit to Brotas

The wifi could be better but I consider it a minor technical problem that did not affect the total experience

Great staff, clean room, perfect location with multiple restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Owner was very helpful in recommending restaurants, etc

The room needed a chair to relax and read instead on sitting on the bed. Need towels at the pool so you don’t need to use your room towels

The breakfast was simple but all the foods were very fresh. The location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot to resturants and tour agencies. You won;t need to use your car while you stay there. In fact, most of the tour agencies will drop you off in front of the hotel on the way back from the attraction, just tell them where you are staying.

Could be a little quiter at night. We could here the arrivak of other guests gettung into their rooms. After they were in their rooms we couldn't hear them anymore.

Everything was perfect .
