property is good but non speaking aggressive lady who made it difficult.

The new management does not have an understanding of hospitality industry, they don’t have anything to do with it. The moment we arrived they asked for the cash payment in a angry mode, which was aggravating when we asked for receipt. We were so shocked, 2nd night even that the room was paid we stayed with friends in Breaza .

Great location close to station and walking trails.Facilities for cooking and good outdoor area

Communication with host a little difficult as my Romanian is almost zero. Host not always around so must be sure of arrival times and deal with trains being late.

Near the center, the mountain it’s at the back of the property

The property it’s old style with many small rooms, you can here the neighbours trough the walls and you don’t have any space in the bathroom, you can’t take a proper shower because you don’t have space to stand because of the ceiling ( I’m 1,70 cm 😂😂). The toilet sit was broken and when I informed the host , the answer was’ there isn’t enough space for the toilet sit’. Near the bed, near your pillow there is a small fridge and you can’t rest proper because of the noise. The host asked me to do the check in between 14-16, 😂😂😂😂, I’m on holiday, I don’t want to stress to be there when they want. At the end I did the check in in the morning. You don’t have private parking.

Centrally location, very clean room and sheet. Nice view from balcony, quite hotel, got upgraded as there were few other guests. Less than 10 min. walk to train station and 2 min. walk to supermarket. Quite neighbourhood.

I was sure I was the only guest in the building for one night. Strange staffing arrangement, issue with communication and guy with obvious problems hanging about smoking in kitchen. Wifi was quite weak, even on same floor as modem. Overall 1990's feel, especially the decor.

Room is very small and it doesn't have any soundproofing, you can hear everything through the walls, mattress was not so comfortable

1. Whereas the official arrival time indicated on booking.com was 14h-20h we were charged an extra fee for arriving after 19h (at 19h30). 2. Worse : we booked 7 rooms but we got only 6 ; the 7th was locked. When we contacted the owner she argued that one of our 6 rooms was large enough for 4 people !?!? One of my worst experiences with booking.
