I liked the food. It was great. The shows, I loved it.

I didn’t like where our room was located. Outside the room. It was a odor disgusting. Also the wifi. It was limited only one hour a day. It should be unlimited in the room.

Everything in the room was nice and spacious but the air conditioning was very poor

A little more transportation .

Location

No hot water in shower. No help carrying my luggage to room or car. No where to park my rental car except a muddy lot full of holes and glass.

Nothing met my expectations.

We got 3 rooms, all 3 had issues with the bathroom, the toilets did not flush property. We requested to be switched to another room and the receptionist just sent a technician to the unit, who did not fix the issue. One of our rooms had towels with blood in them. In addition, to the bathrooms being dirty. I don’t recommend taking a shower without slippers. I felt like I was in a dirty motel. The liquor was watered down, the food was also not the best, flavorless! Don’t waste your money here !

The facility is old and not well maintained. The rooms look nice in the pictures when you search for resorts, but the reality is different. Feels like a hotel you will find on the road, not impressive at all.

My experience at this resort was horrible from check in to check out. The staff that checked me in had no idea what they were doing or even the number of people that were checked in. When they give us the rooms to our great surprise one of them had dead cockroaches full of ants. In another of the rooms the toilet did not go down and water was pouring down the sink. Horrible customer service, nothing to do with the kindness and joy that characterizes Dominicans. The only nice people who saved those days were the bellmen and some of the waitresses in the restaurant who were very nice. My boyfriend got sick and we asked to take food to the room, and being next to one of the buffets and I explaining that I have a baby of only 4 months and it was raining they sent me to the farthest on the beach, no EMPATHY. After checking out, we were waiting to go to the airport, so we waited at the resort for another 90 minutes. When we are already in the car, the bellman tells us that they require us from reception. When I go there we can't leave because something is missing from one of the rooms. after 15 minutes waiting they tell us that a face towel and a hand towel are missing. That we can't leave.I was like Really? A face towel?….Towel that we give to the cleaning girl. I asked for a supervisor, and no one came to me. When I say I'm leaving because I don't want to miss my flight, they didn't want to let me out and when we left they sent the security back and grabbed my sister by the arm until her boyfriend got upset and seeing her boyfriend upset her he released her Very disappointed. Go to the east side of the country for Puerto Plata too much customer service training is missing In Puerto Plata
