Good, quiet location

Price €150, was too high for this room.

Very quiet location and overall comfortable room and bathroom.

Wifi was not working at all. The breakfast did not offer much and didn’t have any variety. I found the decoration very overwhelming and the reception is downstairs. Overall the cleanliness was not satisfying, the desk and shelves were dusty.

Beautiful Location, very quiet and very nice decoration style. Workers are very kind. Check-in was super fast and breakfast very generous.

The Hotel is beautifully located close to a small lake, but there are A LOT of mosquitos in the room and no mosquito-net at the window, so that in the night it is basically impossible to keep the window open. We were provided with anti insect spray, but it does not substitute fresh air!

Great entry, excellent staff, great outdoor seating. Can 100% recommend this hotel!

Old noisy bed with thin mattress … only one pillow … no AC … refrigerator did not work … old TV …

I really like the friendliness of the staff. They are very kind and helpful. The check in and out procedures are very quick and contact-free. The room was being cleaned up each day and towels were changed every day. The location and the view of the hotel was very good and relaxing. There is a beautiful lake just in front of the hotel, where you can relax and take a nice walk. The rhein river is not that far away from the hotel. Overall a very relaxing experience. Disinfectant was placed in the critical places in the hotel.

It is probably due to covid pandemic, that the breakfast only has a limited amount of variations, but still decent. Furthermore I did ask for morning call each day in my 4 days stay. It was performed on the exact time for the first 2 days, it was a plus. But then I didn't get any morning call for the other 2 days, which is not so professional. There is a wifi in the room, but generally very slow. To objectify, it takes roughly 1-2 minutes to just google something up and a lot of minutes to open a website. So generally not that useful, I ended up using my mobile carrier instead.

The SeeHotel & Restaurant Die Ente is located between Speyer and Heidelberg. The location is actually perfect to visit both, but also to visit the nice town of Schwetzingen where there is a beautiful palace with very big baroque gardens. The staff is superfriendly and the breakfast super. You can order directly what you would like in addition to the offer that is available as buffet. I suggest scrambled eggs :) The hotel inside looks very nice and I think the restaurant is good too, although I have not tried it. Not far is Hockenheim for a quick race if you want :) Overall a great experience.

The only drawback as for another hotel I tried before was the wifi. Maybe it is a problem of the concrete walls. However, the 4G connection was perfect in the area. Anyway, again, I strongly suggest a stay.

Good location and half-way 'stay-over' on the way to Bavaria/Austria. Very clean and spacious. Nice surroundings with small beer garden. Room was very hot- it was extremely warm during our stay. Food was excellent. Breakfast too, fulfilled our expectations.

Perhaps installing air-conditioning in the rooms, would be a good idea. The heat in the room was unbearable. It was extremely warm (37C).
