Room was larger than the one we had last year when we stayed, ideal as we have 2 dogs

Receptionist in the morning when i was taking my dogs out for a walk, spoke to me in German, I asked her if she could speak English as I only speak a little German, she told me I should not be in this larger room, the night manager made a mistake the day before for putting us in this room, she also did this to another English couple (my Partner overheard this), when I came back with my dogs the room key would not work, I went down to reception 3 times to have it re-programmed, it did not work, i suspect she may have done this on purpose to annoy me, well it worked. I had to pack my car, take my dogs out of the room (I could not leave them in the room, in case we couldn't get back in) and tie them up outside and then go to breakfast, I was so angry I couldn't eat which was such a shame as all other staff and the breakfast are very good, this one lady ruined my stay and we will not come back, she is a disgrace and should not be in a customer service role.

The man on the reception desk wasn't necessarily very friendly, furthermore they charge extra for the parking lot (5€) and charging station for electric car (15€).

Great staff, good food, underground parking, very comfortable bed.

Nice hotel in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. We stayed in the hotel with seniors for whom long distances are no longer suitable and thanks to the location they were able to explore the whole centre in comfort. They offered gluten free options for breakfast which we also appreciated. We would be happy to use this hotel again on our next visit. In addition, just a few meters from the hotel there is a great confectionery and this came in handy for all of us!

We didn't find anything that we would rate as explicitly bad.

Perfectly adequate hotel for the price. Very good breakfast and nice staff. Could be a littl inconvenient if not traveling by car.

I've stayed here twice and definitely like the modern rooms much better than the other ones which are slightly dated but still perfectly acceptabke.

1) price of accommodation €130 normally. today only €400. SPECIAL EVENT PRICE!!! 2) the price was €400 for 2 rooms for one night! when we arrived, there was a problem with the reservation, which was made according to the reception, only for 2 double rooms, but for 2 people in total, so we had to pay extra money for another 2 people. 3) the rooms are partially renovated, the bathrooms are original. 4) the restaurant is wiped with a year-old towel. a great smell could be felt right after the entrance. prices high.

The staff of the breakfast was very nice.

For a family of 4 we got 2 rooms on 2 floors.

pets allowed and welcomed, although with a fee. nice to have the bar/restaurant on site.

carpet could use a clean, but otherwise everything was clean. room rates were reasonable but room + restaurant + breakfast + pet fee…added up significantly

Very co.fortable, so.ewhat upscale accommodations. Nice spa and pools.
