The owner of the hotel is simply amazing. I forgot one night an important thing at the hotel and to give me an help he got in my room, found the item and organized a taxi transportation to downtown Jerez! Simply great. Thanks very much indeed.

Very little to like. A most horrible place to stay. Cold room, no hot water, exstream noise across the street all night long. I requested a refund on the second night, it was refused, and I left anyway. Would not stay the second night.

A horrible place to stay. Cold room inadiquit heat and no controller for the tiny radiator. No hot water, very noisy bar across the street. I woke up numerous times through the night from noise both inside and outside the hotel.

The location was terrific and the owner/proprietor was extremely accommodating. I'm pretty sure we were the only people staying in the hotel at the time, so he had to come let us in, which he did at about an hour before we said we would arrive (in the middle of a rainstorm). The building is awesome, super old and historic. The bed(s) were super comfortable (it was 2 twins pushed together to make a king, so a bit of a lump in the middle). The location was great, just a 5 minute walk from the old city and right around a bunch of restaurants and shops. The owner gave a recommendation for a nearby restaurant and it was one of the best meals we've had in all of Spain. There's a large parking garage nearby (100m) that the hotel gets a discount for (10 Euro per day) that was easy to access and maneuver.

The pillows were a bit firm/tall for my taste, and there was no extra roll of toilet paper in the room. Everything else was excellent!

The location was great, and the lady who let us in was friendly and helpful, but there was no one at the desk ever that we saw. We had already paid, so we just left the key in the room.

The staff is very amicable, the location is the best, location and property wise (historical building). and the rooms were very comfortable and styled. I did enjoy the recommendations provided by the owner, who is an hotelier and tourism expert with decades of experience! Thank you Jordi, you are the best!
