We had a very spacious room, on the fifth floor facing southwest (508) just as I had requested. The bathroom was large and the wardrobe space extremely generous.

The complete ban on smoking, even outside within the hotel grounds, seemed to be unneccasarily fanatical. Could not find the kettle in the room.

My wife and I had a very nice one-night stay at Gran Playa, designed to finish our 3 week holiday at another place on the Costa Blanca The hotel was excellent, spacious ultra clean bedroom and exceptional food. Plus cheap hotel parking and great staff. Only minus was distance from the town, port, lovely cafes, restaurants ...too far to walk and parking there is very difficult, streets highly congested. But, for our needs, Gran Playa is only a short drive to Alicante Airport.. a grand relaxing way to finish the hol.

Location, if you want to make good use of Santa Pola's town/port.

Staff were fantastic. Incredibly helpful, friendly, polite and went the extra mile.

It was cold but only about a doxen people in hotel which makes a buffet difficult,they should have done the hot food to order

Easy to get there from bus station if you don't mind a leisurely 1+km stroll. Good check out times good up until 12pm. Breakfast included with deal.

Would have liked a night cap after returning at 11:10pm but porter couldn't do it. ☹️ So we went back out. Also stated on the website that there was a minibar. Unfortunately there was only an empty fridge.

for a three star hotel, it was amazing. very clean and the staff were always there to help you.
