The hotel is very central.to Jasmine Hammermet. The staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and food fine, but not haute cuisine.

The Marina Palace is in need of some reburbishment, but a lovely pool despite tired sun beds. The coureous staff and a high standard of cleanliness is of paramount to any visit and makes up.for any other limited facilities

Hard to say, it was actually nothing according to what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. If I need to say something positive, then the reception and gate staff, which at least tried their best. And at least they charge the price for what it is worth, but they won't tell you that before. So you book for more and get only what you pay for.

The hotel is in a state of decay and not since the last two years. It seems it was build in the 1990s and since then no repairs were done. There is always something missing, broken, or damaged. They needed 4 tries to give me a room that was cleaned and ready to move in, but in the night I figured out that only one lamp in my room was working. And this is just one example. Maybe it is because of the off season, but nothing in the hotel was open. Shop, Restaurant, Spa etc., all closed. The Spa was probably closed for a while, given the cobwebs and the coffee stains on the stairs. This might also explain the fairly limited breakfast choice. So all in all rather disappointing for what I thought I booked. Trust the reviews, they are fairly accurate. And also, be aware that this state of decay seems to be all over the country. Hammamet looks like it and also Sousse and Carthago were not much better.

No fridge in the room we have to drink warm water in 45 degrees asking for fringe all the time and I've been ignored TV doesn't work ,air conditioner loud, everything was asked for nothing done it's not the room I asked for the room is like five minutes away from the reception on the fourth floor and then you have to walk a long-distance I won't go to the hotel anymore I want book on the hotel anymore is a waste of time and money

Good location, friendly staff, the breakfast was decent

Tv was not satellite as advertised, staff said thats normal, aircon in our room was not working well, pool table only one worked and it was tilted so you couldnt play. The on site restaurant was always closed, the lift was broken 1 day and otherwise always stopped just above ground level, being a trip hazard. The inside pool was not open "as there were kids in the hotel and they only had one life guard" said lifeguard was never around, even at the outside pool we only saw him once. Some lights in the corridor didnt have light bulbs or/and lampshades, the carpet was worn, one day they took one of our towels so we only had one until they returned the second one late afternoon. The cleaners knocked but then immediately entered not waiting at all.
