Habitación limpia

Habían trabajos en todos los pisos, lo que hacía muy incómodo y desagradable el caminar por los pasillos.

El alojamiento ti está en remodelación y me dieron una habitación horrible, que se prendía el aire acondicionado y se inundó todo el mueble el piso, salía agua como una regadera, la luz del baño no encendía y no estaba limpia , no daba buen aspecto , luego de varias horas me cambiaron de habitación , que si bien era al frente, más linda y restaurada, cuando me bañe se inundó todo que rebasó el área de ducha inundando todo el baño

Las habitaciones, el desorden, estar en obra con polvo y escombros, mal aspecto

A bit run down. But much renovations are happening.

The food was pretty good, but the facilities need some work and management.

The rooms

They charged me more the 10% tax what booking said was included I ended up paying 20 dollars per room more ! Very disappointing!!! Should never be like that

Restaurant staff.

It is a 3/2 star max. Checked in at reception with no explanation of services! Where was the restaurant, pool etc. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room! Very large crack in ceiling. Restaurant staff very nice. Food , well below average.Quite disappointed

The Executive Suites are VERY Large. The hotel staff stated that they are being purchased by Marriott and therefore, have not kept it up in hopes that they no longer have to handle it's upkeep. The resort was once a rich mans paradise, now, its a slum.

The hotel is old, outdated, dirty, filled with mold and mildew. The "manager" Jorge was unresponsive and clueless. The breakfast was mediocre. Everything was literally falling apart and it smelled awful. It's very far from the city and the roads are in deplorable conditions. Uber drivers would cancel every request for pick up and the neighborhood seemed dangerous and uninviting.
