Hotel is close to the road and noise in the room is an issue.

Very nice people and always willing to help you to make you feel comfertabel.They really make you feel you are on holiday.The breakfast is excellent en the pool is the best place to relax. Thanks to all the people working there.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Casa de Campo. Firstly, everyone who worked there was so kind, thoughtful and helpful. The breakfasts were perfect and rooms impeccable. The grounds were gorgeous and our view of the countryside was excellent. We travel with our earplugs and eye masks, so no worries on sound. (A person could be sensitive to the somewhat close highway and/or noisy guests.) Overall, we loved staying here!

We liked the gardens and views over the mountains all of which could be seen from our large room with French windows on to outside terrace. The gardens and views at the back of the hotel made up for the noise from the busy road at the front. We could cope with the road noise, but not with the disruption from the builders ...

Unfortunately the place is a building site and we are told it will be until June 2020. At no time did we get any apology from the staff about the noise, workers walking around the public areas and the disruption to what would otherwise be a great setting. We had an unfortunate experience with the reception staff as we asked them to book us two visits to wineries which we agreed with them. When we got to the first it was closed for a private event and we wasted valuable time. The second visit went well but was not at the stated time given to us by the reception. It was incompetence.
