Pretty cottage studio set in lovely countryside close to the Heritage coast
Die Studios im Erdgeschoss bieten einen herrlichen Blick über die offene Landschaft. Es ist ein idealer Ort, um die vielen verschiedenen Vogelarten und die interessante Tierwelt zu beobachten. Es gibt einen Garten im Innenhof mit Gartentisch und Stühlen, Topfpflanzen und Sträuchern. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge und den funkelnden Nachthimmel. Ein Bach, der eingezäunt ist, verläuft an der Seite des Grundstücks. (Trocken im Sommer). Das Studio, das vom Haupthaus getrennt ist, hat einen komfortablen Wohnbereich mit doppelt verglasten Türen, die sich in einen hellen Wintergarten mit Dach- und Fensterläden öffnen, der angenehm möbliert ist. Es gibt eine Dusche mit Toilette, Waschbecken und begehbarer Dusche mit Schiebetür-Bildschirm, ein Licht über dem Spiegel mit Rasierpunkt und beheizte Handtuchhalter. Toilettenpapier. Eine Pantry-Küche ist gut mit Tee, Milch, Kaffee und Zucker, 2 beringten Herd (kein Backofen) Standard-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle / Grill und Dunstabzugshaube ausgestattet. Im gemütlichen offenen Wohnbereich gibt es ein kleines Sofa und Kissen, einen Fernseher mit eingebauter DVD und Freeview; kostenlose Wi-Fi-Verbindung und elektrische Heizung im gesamten Gebäude. Klimaanlage. Haartrockner. Fackel. Ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett kann in zwei Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden, lassen Sie es uns wissen, wenn Sie dies wünschen. Es gibt eine Auswahl interessanter Bücher, Spiele, Karten und DVDs. Das Parken ist direkt vor dem Grundstück durch die großen doppelten grünen Tore, das ist der Eingang der Gäste. Baumwollleinen, Handtücher und Strom sind inbegriffen. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit. Tut mir leid, Nichtraucher oder Haustiere.

Every detail had been thought of to make your stay comfortable. Very clean, quite with a beautiful view over fields. Hosts attentive but not intrusive.

We had a very good break. The property is all you need -- didn't turn on the tv once, just sat in the conservatory in the evenings and watched the wild life. This in an excellent place to recharge your batteries.

My partner and booked weekend away and stayed two nights at Kanes place. She welcomed us on arrival which was lovely. She provided tips on the area based on our questions.
We loved this cozy cottage. It’s perfect for a couple. Everything was super clean and tidy and we had all we needed for weekend stay. All is as described in the listing. We ate out one night at the Boarding house, highly recommend (was recommended by Jane). We walked Ali g tiny country road to the restaurant which was a pleasant 35 or so minute walk. Cafe/lunch place right across also service brunch all day, only open Thursday to Sunday.
Favourite part of the stay was sitting outside having breakfast or coffee and watching and listening to the wildlife. Although the property is along the road there is minimal traffic so didn’t bother us. We saw a muntjac twice one morning, plus lots of rabbits and various birds, including a woodpecker. Highly recommended.

A wonderful little cottage that was cleverly designed and decorated. It was peaceful and tranquil and ideal spot to watch birds and wildlife from the conservatory whilst having breakfast. Useful information provided about local tourist spots and the history of the cottage and village. A very enjoyable stay.

We booked this accommodation several days before we went; this has to be one of the cutest places I’ve ever stayed. It’s small but perfectly placed the owner has paid so much attention to detail. Additional plus points there was teas/coffees/milk/biscuits/filtered water in a jug ready for our arrival. We really appreciated this ad we didn’t have everything with us.
Furthermore this is the cleanest place I’ve stayed in, I felt as though I was at home and that no other guests have stayed here before, this made massive different to my comfort.
The conservatory has great views of the fields and wonderful for bird watchers. The gardens at the back has beautiful Japanese acres which I live amongst olive trees.
But to top it up the host is just the best, Jane was there to meet us when we arrived, then a day later she checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay.
I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this property.

We have just enjoyed our second stay at this delightful cottage which is perfect for 2 people. Spotlessly clean with lots of lovely little touches to add to both comfort and enjoyment. A beautiful view from the consevatory overlooking fields. The cottage is ideally situated for visiting this part of Suffolk with Minsmere RSPB, Dunwich Heath, Aldburgh and Southwold within short driving distance. We will be back, thank you Paul and Jane.

Opposition the pub but never heard a sound from there. Once through the gates the property looks over countryside and the bird feeders attract a wide variety of birds which you can enjoy from the lovely conservatory. The heaters were great and kept the studio really cosy in the evenings. The lovely owners were really helpful but never intrusive. A great base to explore the area.

Very homely and well appointed with everything anyone might need for a stay away from home.

There was a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge for a refreshing cuppa (tea bags, coffee etc all provided) on arrival.

We love staying at Wissett Cottage. The conservatory looks out over a farm field with bunnies, birds and an occasional deer making it a perfect country stay. There are walking paths galore & a local pub across the street. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.

Studio cottage in a peaceful village location with lovely country views from the conservatory. We were met on arrival by the friendly host who gave us all of the information we needed, including a discount if you have a meal at the nearby pub when you stay at the cottage.

Bijou studio in detached building adjacent to owners house. Comfortable, clean and very well equipped and perfectly adequate for two. On a minor road in the quiet village of Wissett. Rear patio and conservatory with peaceful rural outlook. Pub opposite but we did not hear a sound from it and little traffic on road. Roadside parking immediately outside the property gates. Would love to come again one day.

Don't book it - it's ours!
Lovely place, good location, friendly host, blissful. Only teeny tiny quibble might be that the curtains didn't block out much light. That's literally the only thing I can think of.

Fantastic, relaxing location
Jane and Mark have created a superb holiday cottage with everything that you could need. Looking out from the conservatory it’s great to see the rabbits and the bird-life. Lovely place to stay, very well equipped and comfortable. Our favourite bit was sitting in the conservatory watching all the wild life. Also outside space very nice with place to sit. Lots of flowers as well. Thanks for a lovely break.

Lovely weekend break
This beautiful little studio was absolutely perfect for us 2. It was beautifully clean, gorgeous wildlife to the watch. Jane and Paul were lovely hosts. We had an excellent time and would definitely recommend this little gem. We intend to return if at all possible.
