The pools were the only good part. had a slide the kids loved and the spinning pool was also nice. Part of the staff were pleasant. The room is big (had a family room sea view) but the door was old and key took time to open it every time.

The beach is rocky and has big waves. You cant really swim there. After 17:30 (which is usually time to shower after the pool) you cant shower cause there is NO hot water and NO water pressure AT ALL! The food wasn't good or tasty. And almost same food every day. Ohhhh! And the planes!!! No one here in the comments mentioned it's like sleeping in an airport! Every 10 minutes you hear a loud sound of a plane landing! They go right above our head. It's terrible. The kids club is lame too. The team running it don't really do anything with the kids. The place is small, dirty and needs new equipment. Even the coloring pencils are old and used.

The location was perfect and the facilities was great. The pools are clean and can contain plenty of visitors

Bit too much "entertainment" noise during the day on the pool area and during the evening from the stage next to the main restaurant. Reservation of sunbeds on early mornings. 80% of the sundbeds were already booked after 07 am.

- ladies at the reception were nice and respectful - wishes beforehand were all fulfilled (rooms close to each other, for example) - food was sufficient and delicious (1 week stay) - enough sun beds available (off-season) - variety of drinks, quality 3/5 - the room was spacious, we had a big balcony with a wonderful ocean view - the design of the hotel was nice and friendly, we loved all those palms and trees - playground for kids, our son loved it - very nice animation girls - close to the other side of the cost, stores nearby, rhodes city close by

The kids' pool is not heated, not recommended for younger children / babies (travelmonth may, off-season) Whirlpool was closed, pool inside got closed during our stay, to our disappointment the pool was very dirty we only went in once before they closed it as our son couldn't use the other unheated pools - childrens playground: The floor gets super hot, and that seems not like an appropriate floor material for a playground without shadow Getting into the pools was quite dangerous,very slippery stairs, no boarding aids on the main entries (During our 7 days stay at least 5 people accidentally fell!) There is no information in the room or lobby of the hotel schedule, for example opening hrs or rules (must have, especially for familys who have to build a new schedule for their stay) There was also no information that the water bottles in the room need to be used for the whole stay, you have to refill them yourself, we threw them away and had to buy new ones ourselves Towels are changed only twice a week, sure its a nice thing for the environment, but especially with kids and ocean lovers waiting 3 days is quite disgusting They use paper placemats in and outside of the restaurant, outside they flew around and the service people just watched us guests run after those mats, as this is the windy costside using papermats outside makes no sense We had a rental car, and the parking lot was the dirtiest I've ever seen (it's under construction, but seriously, not very representative for a hotel parking lot even in the process of making) We had many ants in the bathroom even after we told the receptionist twice, they were in the room till the very end Service was ok, at the restaurant most of them seemed very unmotivated and even annoyed by the guests, not sure if this was the "we just opened" blues, might get better with the season ongoing AFTER ALL WE CAN SAY MANY THINGS NEED TO IMPROVE TO MAKE GUESTS FEEL WELCOME AND RELEAXED DURING...

.The hotel in itself is good. The entertainment was great. The food is good choice, hard for picky eaters. Rooms are good. Sizes.

The shower didn't have any hot water. I complained they knew they had a problem. They said someone was coming. Again I complained a different day. To which they said there is a problem and nothing they could do. To which the man smirked. Other than that it was fine

The stuff is very friendly, the place is well maintained and clean.

More sunbeds on the swimming pool area would avoid that people reserve it already at 7 a.m. It's hard to find an available one after breakfast (10 a.m.). Drinks in general were good but I missed fresh juices, iced teas and more non-alcoholic options.

Food was average at best. Basically school dinners for adults. 2 days of hot water throughout the whole stay which was disappointing. Be prepared to get up at 6:30am to get a bed by the pool as the beach isn’t great.

Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were good and versatile. The personnel was friendly. A lot of different drinks available.

We didn't like that the sunbeds were reserved early in the morning with the towels. If you went to the pool e.g at 8 am, there were only some people on the beds but tens of towels and you had to go the grass or to the sea. Not good at all! The hotel has to solve this problem!

We had a great time at d’Andrea! The hotel and the garden/pool area was well looked after. The staff was really nice and helpful. There was plenty of food all the time. The entertainment team did a really good job too! We couldn’t have wished for a better family vacation than this. :)

We liked the location,a quiet area perfect for families,close to airport . The food was tasty and with a variety of dishes to choose from.I would mention here Mr.Marian ,the restaurant manager who was making sure everything ran smoothly and who was very friendly and chatty to all the guests .(We were impressed by his positive attitude while always being present at meal times and helping out with clearing tables whenever necessary). The entertainment team was also brilliant ,they were transmitting a lot of energy and good vibe.I would mention here Kelly,Lisa,Roby and Rares ,the team leader, who was talented,fun and extremely good at creating an amazing atmosphere during the day and at evening shows and activities. Rooms were modern, clean and spatious,we had a family room with sea view and a large balcony. Spa facilities were also great,i would mention Ireni who was very sweet ,smiley and helpful. We had a great holiday and we want to thank and praise the entire team at the hotel.

The kids activities were available for the little ones.Maybe you should think of involving the elder kids in some pool activities or anything that would suit ages 6/7 to 12.

Our first experience at an all inclusive and we were indeed pleasantly surprised. Everything was perfect, the staff , the allocation of room, the incredible food variety, the cleanliness and the incredibly cheap price for what was being offered. The animators, their programs, excellent if you have kids .

Nothing to do with the hotel, but this coast we realised later is mostly windy and the sea almost never possible to go to. perfect if you are wind/kite surfing. If this hotel was on the east coast , definitely not at this price i guess. The other coast was warmer and calm and crystal clear

The best hotel we have ever been. The whole stay was great. The food was the best we had eaten. The staff was fantastic. A big plus too much choice of swimming pools for everyone. Greetings to the bartender who made delicious drinks in the evenings in the bar in the hotel. We are happy that we chose this hotel.
