Great breakfast! Friendly staff. Parking only 5 euros per day and conveniently located next to hotel. There is a few parking spaces on the street which are free. We were able to secure one.

I was astonished at what a good value. This hotel was. The rooms were refurbished recently. Everything sparkling clean and new. The beds were comfortable and the sheets bright, white and crisp. My room number 35 looked out back so it was very quiet. There is a elevator. I heard no noise from my neighbors. Breakfast was great and gave a good start to the day. The breakfast room is comfortable and there is an outside terrace to sit in also. The receptionist was helpful in suggesting a free place to park around the corner but the hotel also arranges for €5 secured parking. The location is within walking distance of all the major sites. There's a small grocery store two doors down, and the hotel sits on a square with restaurants and coffee shops. It really is a good find and I would highly recommend staying there.

Good location, only a couple of minutes' walk from the historic centre. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable.
The shower cubicle was extremely small, wi-fi didn't work initially and the receptionist want able to rectify the problem. When it worked, the signal was weak. There is absolutely no soundproofing, so you could hear your neighbours.

EVERY hotel should have maps of the city to give guests upon check in. Every hotel should have hair dryers affixed to wall. If hotels provide phones, guests should be able to access outside lines. With just a few improvements, this could really be a really top notch hotel.

It's a better 2-star hotel than many 3-star hotels I've stayed at in Portugal. The location is great and close to the main places of interest in the historic center of Braga, allowing you to do everything on foot. The receptionist was very friendly, the breakfast was tasty and the room was impeccable. The bed was especially comfortable and looked brand new, without making those characteristic "hotel bed" noises.
In the bathroom, there was a single type of liquid soap to apparently fulfill all the bathing functions - body soap, shampoo, and hair conditioner. I'm used to receiving these items separately in hotels and I found it strange. But it's not quite a problem, only if I had known this sooner I would have brought my own items.

Really good hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, tasty breakfasts. Room was really great and the view on the small town square was really nice :) There is also a patio, where you can eat your breakfast and elevatro (but starts on the middlefloor, so you need use few stairs).
Location is also great - around 500m from old town, just next to lovely town square. A lot of buses stops close to the hotel.
Unfortunately we didn't got a room with seperated beds.
To get to the elevator you need to use few steps, so it can be problem for people with limited mobility.
Traffic on the street near hotel can be loud, so openning windows not always gives you pleasure.
