It was a clean .The facility has 7/24 hours helpful front desk .The breakfast saloon is so small .It could be more sorts thing in breakfest.

I have stayed in single room . However ,the price is very high for four star hotel . It was comfortable.

Location, location, location. Clean rooms, obliging staff and a excellent sauna.

Not so much ‘didn’t like’; more like some advice. Few a meagre few hundred Euro a lot more could be done to tart up the gym. It is adequate for the vague exerciser, but far less so for those of us who take the game more seriously.

The hotel is in the centre of the city. It is easy to attend all the interesting places in Brlgrade The hotel provides a delicious breakfast. The bar is open until 10pm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are comfortable and have tea making facilities. The shower is spacious. And the hand held shower is useful. But if you prefer the ceiling shower is very refreshing.

Very attractive location for walks, almost in the heart of the city. Possibility of entertainment and shopping. Amazing breakfast with a great opportunity to choose your favorite. For lovers of national cuisine, the well-known Skadarlija is also nearby.

If it can be a note...very hot in the room and we had to open a window....

The bed inconvenient for two people.

Receptionist was in the back as I arrived, but he came out once he heard me enter the hotel. They upgraded my room, so I had more space. This was a nice surprise. Breakfast is sufficient, but it does get a bit busy at times. The Russian style salad was great. Location was super close to the old town, the main shopping street, and the going out area. There is a bathrobe in the room, which I also liked! The mini bar prices are very reasonable.

The walls are thin, so I heard the phone from my neighbouring guests vibrating all night long. This prevented me from getting a really good night's sleep. Some pillow cases had weird hair on it, which was a bit gross.

The environment is really well designed, atmosphere is peaceful and services provided are of good quality for the price. Beds are very comfy and bathroom despite the size has a huge shower. I asked for the taxi service and it was great, the driver knew a lot about the city and gave a lot of useful recommendations for my stay and future travel in Serbia.

The idea of having two tv is great, but there was one remote only and tv is not smart, meaning I could not use headphones or connect my laptop. List of channels provided need to be updated because I did not found most of them.
