The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and their English was perfect. The hotel is very close to a cool food plaza, ideal for dinner. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was great.

The breakfast was poor. It is our only criticism of this great hotel.

The hotel is sparkling clean with excellent hot showers. I had a wonderful city view from my room and I just loved the city lights at night. The terraza on the roof is wonderful. It has a glassed in and open air area. The views from the roof our very nice.

Quito can be cold and moist. The rooms have no heating but the staff provides extra blankets so that you can sleep comfy.

I adored my room, the area and the staff.

Unfortunately during the night as it’s close to a busy night area I could hear the music and a bit of the noise coming from the nightclub until they closed around 3 am 😮‍💨

We stayed at Casa Q for 11 nights - an extended visit to see our daughter who is currently living there. We could not have found a better place. We loved the vibe of this cozy hotel. The terrace and community room on the top floor was a great bonus. Wifi was strong, showers were hot. The staff was fantastic....they were always available to answer our questions and make recommendations. The location was outstanding....we were surrounded by restaurants, a zocalo food court, and large supermarket just a few blocks away. La Carolina park was also right next door....a great place for walks. We explored many parts of Quito during our stay and concluded that our location at Casa Q was ideal!

Great location, little bit far from the historic city but is quiet part of the city. Nice and spacious rooms.

breackfast was very simple and un creative. Coffee machine was not working one morning. breackfast was not ready every mirning. fruit was kind of old.

The people working at Casa Q are very kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and a comfortable stay. From the roof terrace you have a nice view of the city.

in the hot season you might be bothered by the absence of airconditioning but in January it was not missed at all.

The staff friendliness and the cleanliness were the high points.

I thought it included breakfast

Location, friendliness of staff, bottled water by the bed was a HUGE plus in our book, calling us a taxi for the airport next day, the patio view, and 24/7 front desk policy where someone was there to let us in after a late flight arrival. Muchas gracias!!

Breakfast looked great, just expensive for the amount we saw out there so we opted to walk to get breakfast elsewhere.
