The modern design, space and the on-site parking. Not forgetting the delightful morning visits by the group of peafowl on my balcony. Lovely!

Modern, spacious and great value for money. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a sizeable living / kitchen space. The location was good, it was a short walk to the old town and to the bus station / ferry port. The staff were very friendly.

Running the showers at the same time caused the hot water to stop.

Room was very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. Building is very nice. The location was perfect for us to come back to a quiet residential area after only a short walk from the busy centre.

Their wasnt staff around very often so if you do need anything you will probably have to call and wait for staff to come to the property. Not always someone at reception for example, just met us to handover the keys but all the staff we did meet were very helpful and nice.

Extremely clean and well-kept with modern furnishings, roomy living space, and great mini kitchen and balcony. Shower and bathroom facilities were great. Housekeeping changed linens every day. 10 minute walk to local shop and to the historic centre of Split. The garage with reserved parking is a huge plus if you have a car in town since the neighborhood has very limited street parking.

Would have liked facial tissue in bathrooms replaced by housekeeping.

We were 6 and booked 2 deluxe rooms for 6. We were met by an agent a few blocks from the location because we couldn't find it. The agent drove our van to the location having been introduced to all 6 of us. When we arrived at the location the agent said that we had a problem. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was broken so they only had 1 deluxe room for 4 of us. The Vestibule emailed us at 12:03 in the morning AM about the broken air conditioner (we were asleep) and did not see the message. We could not stay there and had to argue to get our full payment back if we did. The agent should have told us when we spoke on the phone and not bothered to meet us and not tell us until we arrived at the location. We spent over an hour debating a problem caused by an air conditioner which had nothing to do with us. We believe that they rented the room for a better price because we asked to have the 2 rooms even with a broken air conditioner and they said no. We think they rented both rooms to someone else for more money. Will never recommend them to anyone.

High quality building and accommodation. Nice and quiet sleeps. Easy 5-7 min walk to Diocletian Palace. Staff were very responsive to any requests. We enjoyed the space for our family of four.

Beautiful apartment. Good facilities. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Convenient location. Helpful staff. Very clean.

Wi-fi signal wasn't very strong and only worked well in the living room. The peacocks roaming the garden can be very noisy so windows have to be closed at night.

The apartment was beautiful

A little bit away from the Palace for coffee shops and restaurants. Dark at night and easy to get lost. The balcony needs cleaning as the peacock poop is everywhere. The balcony overlooks the garage entrance. Needs plants.

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was WONDERFUL - they gave us a ride to the ferry when we left AND drove our car down to meet us when we returned two days later. Amazing service.

We were expecting there to be conditioner in the bathrooms in addition to shampoo and body wash, so had to go out and buy some. The only improvement to our stay would have been having hair conditioner for our showers.

Location: 5 minutes walkingtime to the old town. Staff: welcoming and attentive. Appartment: comfortable in quiet neighbourhood, with a very convenient parking in the basement

Not disturbing: Some small kitchen/cleaning items were missing, probably because we were one of the first guests this season
