We thoroughly enjoyed spring break at this property. The house is well equipped with anything you may need! It was spotless when we arrived. The property manager is right next door, and was always available! The property is located very close to virtually every kind of shop or service you may need, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's in a lovely golf course community so it was also great for walks or bike rides. The property is about 7 minutes from a nearby beach and getting to downtown or some of the local shopping centers is easy We will definitely be returning to this property in the future.

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love the location. It’s close to everything in Naples and the neighborhood is tucked in between the golf course so it’s beautiful, quiet and private.
The layout of the home is perfect if you have family or friends staying since the primary bedroom is separate from the other two bedrooms.
We will definitely be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house had plenty of space and the layout was perfect. Great access to beaches and restaurants. The outdoor pool area was ecellent. We highly reccomend!

We loved it at this house. It literally was a hidden gem. The house is hidden from the street and was really beautiful. My boys enjoyed the pool table and the heated pool. There were so many games available to play outside of these. Comfy beds and couches. We had a small issue with the shower head and Natalia responded to my email right away and had all of my concerns resolved immediately. If ever you're in the Naples area, I would recommend staying here. I know we'll be back for sure. Thank you Natalia. You have a beautiful home!

We had the most wonderful time staying here. The house is very spacious and accommodating for larger groups. The pool area was great and we spent most of our time there! The beach is just a short drive away! Location is awesome, close to everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys & towels provided also! We plan to come again!

A pool hiccup when we arrived was addressed and resolved as promptly as possible. We can’t say enough about that. Everything was as advertised and the home was immaculate. We left it as we found it :) We will return and recommend this home! Thank you all!

This house is much larger and nicer than the photos suggest. There are essentially two wings and each has either a master bedroom or two other bedrooms as well as a large living room area. The kitchen is cheery and well equipped. There are many toys and books and the pool is wonderfully heated and big enough for an entire family to enjoy. The plantings are tropical and pretty and the entire atmosphere is very relaxing. The manager who lives next door was also most helpful. The house is located in a nice and convenient neighborhood. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again.

Of course being on a golf course is beautiful but even more amazing are the huge trees surrounding this property! Its setting is serene. For you sunbathers out there, don’t worry…there’s also plenty of sun! The house is huge and laid out well for people who need or want a little privacy or for those who want to gather in a large group. The pool is big enough to swim short laps and has very comfy seating around it. All the seating is comfy! The beds too. Super soft sheets. Great location in Naples. We had to secure a few basic items so check the house before you go shopping. But the Dollar Store and Target are near enough to grab those items! Overall it was a great two weeks and we would stay again - and again - and again!!

Great Vacation
We had a very great vacation and great weather. The location was super nice with being super close to the beach and Costco. We got to see the Revs Museum which was great. We got to swim at the pool everyday which was super nice. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was plenty of utensils for eating and cooking. It was our second year at this house and thank you for another great experience.

Great location close to the beach.
The property is tucked back off of the street, so it feels somewhat private. It is very close to the beach (less than 10 minutes) - so that was nice to enjoy the convenience daily. This house is huge, with two different large living areas. TONS of soft towels to use, both for the bathrooms and the beach. Another huge bonus was that there is lots of beach equipment to use in the garage. This saved us from having to buy beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc, for the week. Great place to stay for the price. Only negatives was that the dishwasher didn't drain, and a lot of the lights flicker while using the various dimmers. Other than that, the place was great. Would recommend.

Wonderful home
The property was the perfect location for us. It's tucked in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything in Naples. It's comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. The generous sized windows throughout the living space made it bright and open to the outdoors. There was also a nice assortment of beach chairs etc provided as well as 2 bikes. But what we enjoyed the most was the western facing lanai which allowed us to spend every evening watching the beautiful Florida sunsets. We've already booked another stay!

Naples stay
Stayed two weeks in January- Excellent location near shopping, restaurants and activities. Quiet with a private drive. Nice view of golf course. Manager had to step in to address issues with pool, sewer backup, and central heat. She responded promptly. Property was clean and kitchen quite functional. We spent time at Naples Botanic gardens, Nature conservancy, corkscrew sanctuary and more.

Very enjoyable stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The property managers were very responsive, and if we noticed anything broken (pool cue/toaster), they were very quick to address it. The house was fully equipped.

Amazing House with great Amenities - Hidden Gem
We loved this house. The photos don't do the place justice. The house is large and spacious. We loved the pool along with the BBQ. The garage has 2 bikes plus a kids bike and a bike trailer for little kids. Plus they had toys for kids.
The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies.
We really felt like being at home while we stayed here.
Beds are super comfortable.
We will be coming back again for sure.

Great place, wonderful host!
We enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood but close to everything you need. The house is clean, comfortable, well equipped. Our kids loved the fenced pool. Communication with the host Natalia was really good! She is very responsive. A big thanks! Highly recommend!

Just what we needed
This property was great as it was in a neighborhood close to everything we needed. It was quiet so the kids could walk, bike, and rollerblade. The property had everything we needed including the space for a family of 6. We had relatives in the area and we had them over frequently since the space was sufficient to accommodate us and them.

The entire experience was fabulous! Nataly the host was very kind and accommodating to our travel needs. The home was stocked with everything we needed for our ten day stay. The location was great! Less than one mile to clam pass, our new favorite beach! Will definitely stay here again.

The house has everything you need, safe and comfortable. Beautiful view of the golf course. We were there from Jan. 21-Jan. 28, 2021. We swam in the heated pool the last night we were there, under the view of the full moon. It was a close drive to anything you would want or need. I highly recommend this property.

Christmas in Naples
We had a fabulous holiday staying in this home. It is in a great location, very quiet, close to the beach, shops and lots of lovely restaurants. We even had a Christmas tree all lit up for our arrival. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely like to return again.

Amazing house for the family
It is truly wonderful house with a lot of space and privacy in a great location. The neighborhood was very safe, and I felt perfectly comfortable to go for a run on my own.
The house is warm and inviting, particularly the open space kitchen. The great point of kitchen it has everything your family may need! Plenty of towels, linens, blankets and the washer and dryer made our travel so much easier. We spend our New year holidays there and plan on going back to the house the next time we need a gateway - it was a gem of a place.

You can't ask for more! We have a great time every year when we come and will continue to visit as long as we receive the same great service as we've gotten the past few years!
This house with garden and poolspace is very close to everywhere and very private at the same time)) The house is clean and nicely furnished. We are well pleased with the kitchen supplies and prepare all our meals at the house with no problems.

Loved this house!
We spent 2 weeks at this fabulous home as a family of four. I can't really find the words to adequately express what a great time we had there. IMHO the photos don't really do it enough justice. The outdoor area was much bigger than expected, the kitchen was very well equipped and it was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The manager have great communications, are very honest and fair and are genuinely nice people. I cannot recommend this house highly enough - all of the other 5 star reviews are right on the money. Great holiday, great experience. Thank You very much to all involved.

The perfect vacation!
I'm very happy with our stay. Me and my family stayed there for month of August. The house itself is an amazingly cool, totally refurbished. The manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We hanging out in the beautiful golf course and enjoyed swimming in the pool and BBQ. The house is well equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The area is a calm and middle to upper class neighborhood that is perfect for families. The house is just a 3 minute, very easy drive to mall and it just takes 5 minutes to reach Seagate beach. Best grocery store is the Publix or Wallmart supermarkets 5 minutes away. I really recommend this house to anyone staying in Naples!

We enjoyed our stay from the very first day to the last one when we sadly had to leave. The house conditions were excellent and the pool just perfect. When we arrived it was warm and very clean. The interiors are of a very high standard with very comfortable beds. We also enjoyed a lot the patio on the Golf Course but very private and the garden with marvelous trees. The HD television had HBO network for free. The owners and the neighbors were very kind as we found a lot of welcome gifts. This was really the house of our dreams and will definitively be back soon! Highly recommended.

This property had several problems when we arrived. The pool temperature was so cold we could not go for a swim. We couldn't work the TV's and the clothes dryer broken. These were attended to in due course with help from the neighbors (who were very kind).
The pluses are an attractive house [ in need of a gardener], comfortable beds, updated and workable kitchen, and a pleasant layout of rooms. The location is excellent, very convenient to all amenities.
Also, the home only sleeps 6, not 8 as described as the maximum sleeping occupants in the guide.
