Very friendly staff, nice, clean apartments. Would recommend it to anyone! 👍

Everything, from the communication and the welcome to the appartement and the location was exceptional.

Perfect location, very close to the city center and main attractions. There are many bars and restaurants around. The apartment was convenient and well equipped. It was great that the host offered a private parking.

It was clean and modern

We didn’t get what we booked cause the apartment we originally booked was apparently already taken (not sure why and how but it was still open and available for booking). We were not informed that we’ll get another and smaller appointment… When we noticed and compliant , we were told that we were upgraded to a bigger appartement (not the case) and that’s what they have available right now…. We have 3 kids, it was late at night, we we tired…. We weren’t offered any discount, no option, just: this is what we have available right now…. Highly unprofessional! Highly unacceptable….. Shame that the attitude of the hosts ruined the otherwise nice appartement (too small for us, nut nice)….

Location was excellent with nice terrace. Good TV and nice choice of shops & eating places around.

Could have done with instructions for air conditioning which we couldn’t figure out. Also cooker hob top was locked. No normal knives - only cutting sharp knives.

Everything was really nice

The location was good. Near the city center. The apartment was ok. Nothing special.

The walls had stains. Some towels were dirty and the bathroom door had a crack.

Rooms were very spacious, clean and modern.

Rooms are to small, one room inside the other room, the coach in the oven 😂 staff always ask the when you are arrive and he was late. I said him we will arrive ten mins later. He ask me ‘so when’. I answered five minutes later. Bad communication.

Helpful staff, excellent location, clean apartment, also affordable price. What can you desire more from a stay?

Fantastic location.

Great wisit, location is fantastic

It's a cozy apartment in the middle of the city. Although the building is old, the apartment was recently renovated and the furniture is new and comfy. The host was really nice and shared a lot of information before our arrival.

The access to the parking spot is a little bit complicated, but hey, at least you have parking in the middle of the capital.

The apartment is brand new and super clean, very tastefully decorated. The location is excellent and parking is available in front of the building at a reasonable fee.

Two things could be improved: - the sheets are not made of natural fibers, which makes sleeping quite unconfortable on warm nights. This could easily be fixed with cotton bedding. - the communication with the host was not great. We agreed on slightly later check out, at 11, and we were told that was OK, yet the cleaning crew arrived at 10, when we were still not ready to go. Also, there was no water one night and we reported it, but never got any response. The water came back in the morning, but it would be good if the issue was at least acknowledged. The water pressure in the shower was very weak throughout our stay.

Very close to city center, was easy to walk in downtown, many option of restaurants, bar. Welcoming host, she explained everything we needed, we will come back.

Location is great, very close to Kalemegdan, Museum of Chocolate and Hotel Moscow (perfect breakfast). Room is very clean and comfortable, the owner Bojan is very nice. Parking is free infront of the building ONLY if you find a spot and ONLY Saturday after 2 pm and Sunday. For other days, the owner of the apt offers parking nearby that is 10 euro per day which is a very reasonable price.

the building is a bit old and the lift is very noisy but that is not a big issue. Branko, the man that is handling the keys is a bit stressed :)
