good location next to the beach and main korzo in Siofok swiming pool

price was higher than indicated by booking.com but that's the problem of booking.com no reception, you always have to find someone in charge

The rooms were clean and looked like the ones in the photos. The staff was good. The pool was clean and ready to be used at any time. It is a really nice place to stay. It has a very good location, vety close to the beach.

The restaurant food was a bit expensive.

The staff was really friendly and accepted the dog with open arms. The position was great and they offered immediately the room with a bit of terrace to make it easier for my dog. Room was generally cozy and the swimming pool was a good addition for an afternoon break. I would generally recommend it as quality/price was very satisfyong

Wifi didn't work for the first day and the sink in the toilet dripped some water. The soap was not provided

Only 3 things great about this place: the small swimmingpool, AC and the location (very close to the lake itself). There it ends... sorry.

This is my first negative review, and I feel awful to write it as I hate to complain usually. :( To enter the the guesthouse you have to go to the restaurant beside it, which was very crowdy when we came so we had to wait until somebody took care of us. No problem so far, a little waiting is okay. After a very friendly young lady took us to our room. There was some water spilled over the floor, so all the room became immediately dirty as we walked over it. There was no towel, no toilet paper and any soap (in corona times it would be great to have at least a little to wash our hands) waiting for us, I had to repeatedly ask for them. The first impression of the place was like they didn't have enough time to prepare the room, at least the sheets looked clean... The TV was not working, there was some weird looking bare wire from the wall, the wifi was also not working and there were dead bugs all over the place and on the ceiling. The shower was extremely small and old / dirty looking. Would need new grouting. The bed was squeeky and uncomfy, bedsheets also very weird, moving all over the bed all the time. There was no trashcan in our room. Our room (F1) was the closest to the swimmingpool, beside which all night some people had their own loud parties, obviously you could hear it even with closed windows and doors, so we didn't sleep much. The worst is the price we paid for all of this. If it wouldn't be so extremely pricy I would say 'what the heck I am okay with a tent also....' But for two nights we paid waaay more in this uncomfy small room than we paid for 4 days in Budapest in an excellent fully equipped apartment. It broke my heart as I was saving months for this trip and I honestly hated it in the end. :( I just wish I could overcome my shyness and fought for some money back. To add one more note - when we were leaving we had a peek inside other rooms (checkout is in the same time, doors were open). They looked better than our.
