The rooftop terrace is gorgeous. The building is so beautifully decorated and Karim is a lovely host. We got our own key to the building which was useful. Lovely breakfast. Location is right in the heart of things but perfectly peaceful.

We were charged twice - once through booking.com and once by the property which wasn't ideal.

Location near Bab Sbaa easy. Owner and staff very nice and helpful. particularly with my difficulties detailed below. Room big and comfortable. Bathroom good. One of the most powerful showers i have ever used. Wonderful. Hairdryer and toiletries supplied.

Probably accessible for wheelchair users, but not for powered chair or elevtric mobility scooters, Staff very helpful though as I had scooter and they had to lift it in and out of the front door. So not as accessible as Booking.com might think. Booking.com need to elabourate on accessability ratings. Breakfast consisted of baguette, butter, strawberry jam, flatbread, orange juice; a nice fresh fruit salad with coffee or tea each day for 4 days. Nothing wrong but some greater variation would have been good.

Great location. Every interesting spot is nearby, there're always people around and you feel safe. Even though the alley may seem dark, it is not dangerous and there's a nice smell from the bakery next to the riad. The riad was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Our room, at the top floor, was ok for four people. Comfy bed. Sofa bed not so comfy but good enough. Beautiful bathroom and shower, with good pressure. The terrace where we had breakfast (yummy breakfasts!) was great. The staff and host were so welcoming and nice. Felt like home. Would definitely come back again.

This is a small, beautiful Riad in a quiet location. The owners are very welcoming and the staff are polite and helpful. The room we had was lovely as it had it's own terrace and also a seating area.

The room was beautiful and the attention to detail was brilliant. The best bath tub I have ever seen. The host was charming, helpful, fun and accommodating. Breakfast, served on the roof terrace, was delicious and changed slightly every day. It was situated right in the Medina and yet was also incredibly quiet. I have no hesitation recommending this place at all.

Central location in the Old Town, marvelous room with lots of local touches, good breakfast & excellent roof top terrace with sofas. Very welcoming hostess and lots of very helpful locals when we got a bit lost in the medina.

Only negative is that we took a bit of time to locate the riad. A map would have been useful before we arrived as the medina is confusing when you are new to it.

Very clean rooms and lovely hosts. The rooftop is a beautiful spot for a short break.

the property was beautiful, well taken care of, comfortable, and exactly what I expected from the booking.

This riad is located close to everything in the Medina and the mosque, so you will hear all the prayers, but it's not a big deal. We could walk to everything. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The Baghrir was the best we had in our entire trip. About 15mins walk to the beach and to anything else in the area. Staff doesn't speak much English but we managed via google translate and hand gestures.

We stayed here for one night and found the facilities clean and pleasant and the room spacious. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. Thank you for an easy and comfortable stay!

A little difficult to find.

From the moment she opened the door, our host embodied positivity, grace and care. She helped us with our local travel plans and took the time to ensure our stay was extremely relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and the ground floor common area is impeccably decorated and welcoming. An incredible stay!!!!

The decor was very pretty and traditional and the location was very convenient.

The place was clean, but my mum had a couple of alarming encounters with some very large cockroaches in her ground floor room. The breakfast was fine, but not on a level with that which we had just had in a Marrakech riad so a little disappointing at the time.
