Excelente localização, quarto muito bom e confortável.

I've stayed there a few times, but this time there was a cockroach in the room.

The hotel is very well located, right next to supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and you can easily walk to hotspots like Rio Vermelho. My room had a stunning view to the sea. Sometimes it just felt like I was on a ship. It was clean, spacious, AC was fresh and working pretty fine, bathroom had a hairdryer, hot water, plenty of towels, some toiletries. Breakfast was quite decent and well served for the price. Checkout is at 12:00 and that got my heart as I personally hate to leave in hurry! The girls from the reception are absolutely adorable, very caring and welcoming. As well as the manager, all the cleaners and breakfast staff. Together they make a very friendly and lovely team that made me feel very welcome.

It was very windy and stormy at my first night, thus I asked a guy from the reception whether he could give me an extra blanket as I was quite cold… And he basically looked down on me and reacted like if I was asking him to get me a purple unicorn. People are people and we all have bad days, but when you work with hospitality free rudeness is just not acceptable. I did formally speak to the manager who was very helpful and friendly. And I had no other bad situation with receptionist mentioned above ever since. I slept on a double bed and unfortunately the mattress wasn’t comfortable as it felt like they just put to single beds together and I was always rolling down into a sort of hole in the middle of my bed. The internet l was very slow therefore during my stay I had to postpone a few work meetings as vídeo-calling was quite difficult. The TV also often had no signal. And even though the staff kindly allowed me to change room, I just found exactly the problems in my new room. I do firmly believe that those problems could easily be solved with a bit more investment from the owners. I would be happy to give B Hotel one more go. 🙂

Vista do mar

Great location, all structures are new, bedrooms was clean and breakfast is basic but enough. I really like but need a little bit more confort on bed and pillow.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of impolite guests.

The view

The check in was very cold and not welcoming at all. The door in the already very small bathroom opens to the inside so that you can't stand in the bathroom if the door isn't closed. The room was smelling as if someone was smoking inside of it. The hotel allows dogs, so we couldn't sleep from the dog barking in the room next door. The bathroom was not clean at all and had blue stains in the shower.

They attempted to upcharge me as I was leaving. I refused to pay the scam and they attempted to charge my credit card after I left. Thankfully my card picked up on what was happening and stopped the charge.
