The open spaciousness of the apartment was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable.

The modern technology use of an Apple Tablet for the apartments entertainment services (TV, Music, Netflix etc.) kept breaking down and had to call assistance on many occasions. We were moved from 1 apartment to a neighbouring one due to the issues above but found the second apartments outdoor jacuzzi did not function all, which was a little disappointing.

rooms are beautiful and comfortable. the staff was extremely accommodating and kind to a business traveler who didnt speak english.

A couple of days the smart system got out of wack. you cant do anything in the room if the ipad dies or misfunctions. the room is extremely noisey, being right on the edge of a busy street and there is a night club two doors down.

You really want enjoy and treat yourself and that special someone The loft suite Is well worth it!

Beautiful place! Spacious, and all the amenities are so convenient! The pool was so beautiful and all the staff were so efficient and helpful. Breakfast was my favorite meal, but the massage in the room and the chef in our room were also my favorite!

The loft was very spacious, everything was easy access, the kitchen had all the things you might need during your stay and mini bar was stocked daily. The facilities were also great. The loft it’s very beautiful !! best in Cali hands down. You will not find another place like this one. You get what you pay for.

The staff wasn’t very welcoming, friendly or polite. Because of Covid they said I could only have guest until 10PM which wasn’t ideal so I ended up getting a second room. The food was the same everyday so imagen staying for a week and eating the same breakfast.

So nice and luxurious.
