Helpful staff and good reception team. Great location for exploring the area.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very solid and made it hard to sleep. Low quality and old bedding. Might aswell have slept on the floor with a thin blanket. Bathroom could do with some work aswell. Was quite noisy one of the nights with loud banging at 2am.

The hotel was great, the pool area and the room.

The downside was it wasn't that easy to get to the beach. There are a lot of resorts with private beaches so only a few areas with access to the beach if you aren't staying in a resort. Then when you do go to the beach no sunbeds or parasols unless you are staying in a resort. A Shame that the resort's have monopolised the beaches in Mui Ne. The beaches are beautiful though.

The pool was small but clean, the beds nice and firm, and the owner (Chang) super nice and accommodating, making us feel completely at home

Fantastic hotel, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, great staff and breakfast. We ended up staying much longer than we had originally planned and they were very flexible. Very close to windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Don't forget to pick up your passport when you check out.
