The apartment is strategically situated in the west part of the city centre with a 5 min walk to the beach, downtown and about 15 min to the Albufeira Marina. This location is somewhat quieter than downdown which was really appreciated. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms available (one shared and one en suite) and a dining room/kitchen. The huge advantage of the place is the roof top terrace with a large dining table and sun beds which is great for lunches and dinners and relaxing time. The rooms are relatively small but provide all amenities you might need during a short stay. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, coffee machine and kettle and suffices for the preparation of simple meals.

Just a few minor details: It would be helpful to have at least a few leaflets available for activities in Albufeira, e.g. jet ski, boat trips, city tours, etc. In addition, we were not told where we should empty the bins.

Everything was perfect, location is near to the beach, great roof terrace, apartment is well equiped, there was even sunshade for a beach.

LOCATION

bathrooms very small couldn’t access easily by door. Better lighting, larger pillows and instruction left letting us know about bins etc. owner English not very good when trying to ask a question. Light bulbs not working in one bathroom which was reported and not replaced. Brighter colour of decor would have been better. Needed upgrading throughout chairs uncomfortable in lounge.

Location was great for beach and old town. Washing machine outside and clothes line a big plus. Means you can travel very light. Loads of hot water. Lovely shower. Great for two families to share 2 apartments

water leaked in showers bathroom walls were very thin, ..so a bit noisy.

There is a nice roof terrace with ocean view, sunbeds and a table. Kitchen is well-equipped. Perfect localization, 2 minutes from the beach and viewpoints.

Wi-fi connection was real slow, sometimes disconnecting. It was real hard to work remotely. Some of the beds were squeaky.

Location was perfect for me.

The apartment needs some comfortable sofas. I was there for a month and had to use the garden chairs to sit on.

Sleeping arrangements not suitable for 6 adult males. One of our party had to sleep on a sunbed.

Graca and team were very easy to commucate with, always very responsive. Location was just perfect: close to the beach/sea, close to the supermarket and very close to the town centre. Bonus was the massive roof top terrace which was much larger than we expected and had a dining table and sunloungers for us to use. Apartment was impeccably clean, had aircon, wifi and absolutely everything we needed to be self catering. Parking is free in all the streets surrounding the apartment which was a bonus as we had a hire car.

Apartment is spacious, clean, very well equipped kitchen. There was a washing machine which was handy. Very close to the old town and the beach, lots of nice restaurants around.
