Yorle was very nice and helped us to book all the activities that we wanted. It is located in a central area close to restaurants and supermarkets. There were hot water in the shower and the bed was comfterble

The room could be cleaner. There is no sound isolation. You can hear every word and every car passing by.

Good location and supportive staff with a tour desk for backpackers.

Wifi is not available in the rooms which is a shame as the weather in Monteverde was not the best to be sitting outside.

Small room's with two beds as only furniture for 50$ is highly overpriced. No hooks, shells etc. for e.g. wet towels. The so called garden is a car park with some flower pots at the sides and fully open to the main road. Extremely unpleasant. No space outside room to sit and relax, particularly if it's raining - and it rains a lot. So you only can lay on the bed.

This location is great, the staff were so friendly and helpful (and quick to respond). Breakfast was really nice. Spacious kitchen and lovely outdoor common area. Not a lot of space for remote/co-work indoors, but the rooms and lockers are spacious and everything was clean.

Breakfast was alright. Location was good, lots of restaurants and shops close by, near the bus stop too. The tours offered by the hotel were great too.

Room was rather small, would say it was rather overpriced but Santa Elena in general is rather pricey compared to the rest of Costa Rica.

This is the cutest little place. We loved the thick blankets and the homey feel. It was very quiet and cozy and the breakfast was phenomenal! Overall great place!

Very friendly and helpful owner. He arranged the bus to the cloud forest for us and a shuttle to Tamarindo. Place is clean and breakfast was ok!

The common area isn’t great and there are A LOT of strict rules to follow....kitchen closes very early and opens very late in the morning. You are not allowed to drink or eat in the common area after 9.30, so you have to stay in your room. Overall not super chilled. Woman is rude with guests.

It was really impersonal, no common areas
