A perfect apartment with everything you need. The washing machine was very handy. The location was amazing. Thanks Jerome and Isabelle.

Super little apartment, very central, very comfortable and stylish. Best of all was the host Jerome. I was stressed because I arrived on the busiest day of the Easter festival, and couldn't find any parking. Jerome came to find me and sat in the car with me, directing me around the most likely streets until we found a space. He put himself to a lot of inconvenience to come and help me out, so I really appreciate that.
Not at all the fault of Jerome or this apartment, but because of my own experience over the Easter weekend I would recommend to future visitors that it is better to visit outside the Easter weekend if driving, or alternatively to come by some other form of transport during the Easter weekend.

Very nice location. Right on the outskirts of the historic centre. Comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Excellent and very attentive hosts.

Location was very good, shops, restaurants, everything close, very clean apartment. Everything is ready, for cooking, washing, everything cleaned, wifi ok, warm enough.
Nothing could be better for the price and level of comfort.

Apartment in the centre of town. Lovely and helpful host. Had everything you would need in an apartment.
Unfortunately the bed was 30 cm from the steep ladder and we were concerned about getting out off bed and falling down the ladder. We slept sideways but left a light on so we wouldn't just get it off bed. Very unsafe.

Jerome gave us great suggestions upon our arrival, ordered us a taxi for a drive out of town, and met us and the taxi driver to make sure we would find each other at the meeting place. He was always available to answer questions.

This was a lovely apartment, scrupulously clean, tastefully decorated & perfectly maintained in a central location in beautiful Arles. The hosts were very attentive & charming. I wish we hadn’t been so tired & had stayed longer so that we could have taken advantage of their many helpful recommendations. (Do stop in their fabulous cheese shop nearby.) The location is ideal, near everything, but still quiet. I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend it to anyone.
It was perfect.

Very confortable and clean, wifi and AC
Artistically decorated and amazing welcoming by Jérome the owner
Also it was extremely useful to be given two sets of keys

very nice and clean. nice walk-in shower.
there is no free parking. AC worked very well. nice washing machine. very nice location. had nice appliances and tiny outdoor patio with table and chairs.
if your just going for a weekend and can hand carry a very small piece of lugged it would work well. we are gone for 21 days and had luggage.
lack of toilet paper, 2rolls for 4 nights. Beds exceptionally small. not a twin. extremely skinny!! Comfy but felt like a child’s bed. no free parking.
approximately 20 minute walk across Rhône river for “free” parking or pay for TACO bicycle cab for ride from “free” parking. No room for luggage on Taco pedi cab. We paid parking 5-7 minute walk and had to jump out of bed on holiday to pay by 9 am. could not pay for entire day or it was €40. had to wait until 9:20 so it was €20.
parking was frustrating as stated “free parking 5 minutes “. we spent about €45 on parking. and hauling luggage. Not happy about parking cost at all. Beds are hardly adult size.

Excellent location in the centre of Arles. Excellent wifi connection. Aircon that helped in the hot weather
Quite difficult to reach the apartment via a steep spiral with very narrow steps - not for the elderly or disabled. The main bed, on a mezzanine floor, is reached by a steep set of stairs without any handrail at the side or on the top, making it quite awkward to use.

Everything about this place is wonderful. Location the style of the interior and Jerome is so helpful always willing to help.
I have reached out to him on many occassions on our 5 night stay and he is very responsive.
So minor items regarding furnitures may need a touch up, ive address this to the owner. The door of toilette can be hard to open at times.

Excellent location - right around the corner from the famous cafe Van Gough painted. Picking up the keys was very easy. The host was accessible when we picked up the keys. The bachelor apartment was very nice with good cooking facilities. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed.
The flow of air through the apartment was not the greatest. While a great location and on a cute little side street - there was quite a bit of smoking outside the apartment (the apartment is on the first floor level) - so leaving the window open at the front was not an option as the smoke would come in. There was some sort of event happening at a gallery next door and people were often outside smoking so this may be a factor of when we were there.

Good quality and well-equipped house. I liked the environment the most.

Th location is wonderful. Convenient walking distance to restaurants, historical sites and shopping. There is a well stocked grocery store in the same building with a huge wine selection. Very clean facilities,
Unable to find any parking nearby. Every parking location nearby was always full, had to park in a municipal parking garage that is a 20+ minute walk away. As advertised, there is no lift, while there is not too many stairs, 29 to be exact, the spiral staircase can be treacherous. The top 6 stairs are very small and one could easily lose their balance. The loft for sleeping is awkward to access and stay in. Unable to stand upright at it’s highest point. The staircase is more like a ladder, no railings with a steep pitch.

The apartment is well-appointed, furnished to a high standard, and very comfortable. It overlooks a pleasant square, in the old centre of Arles and is very convenient for exploring the narrow streets, all the tourist sites and the many bars and restaurants. Jerome and Isabelle, the owners, were very friendly and helpful.
Access by car is a little difficult as all the surrounding streets are pedestrianised, but once we had unloaded our luggage, it was easy to find a free car park in walking distance.

Nice, well-equipped apartment. Comfortable bedroom, kitchen with all necessary utilities, nice bathroom. Also the sleeping couch for the kids were perfect.
Easy check-in and check-out, very easy communication with owners.

The hosts are extremely nice. They have the apartment prepared, they know its a long walk so they help carry your stuff from the car. They have a list of programs in mind that they will show on the map for you. They are responsive and available. The apartments are in the historic center so its calm, quite, and everything is close by. Also the apartments have a nice retro feeling being inside a historic stone house.
The place is advertised with free parking, however the apartments are in the historic city, where there are no cars allowed. The nearest free parking is on the other side of the river (10-15 min walk), where you might not be able to find parking spot. This should not be listed with parking option, its misleading.

The place is highly recommended! Jerome is a very nice attentive host, taking time to welcome you and answer all your questions. Tips for sights to see and also places for where to eat. The apartment is amazing. In the centre, with airco, and feels like it is not made for business but feels like a real home: it has all things you need in the kitchen, until the very details, nothing is forgotten. So it is fully equipped. Sleeping in the duplex is upstairs. With a fan blowing the cool air from down to up is also cooling the sleeping area. It was a perfect place. We give the place therefor a 10 - our parking experience though makes it up total a 8.
The only thing what was disappointing was the parking. We parked our car on advice of the owner in an area and got our car scratched with a key. Also the front window got broken, the day before (this may have been caused also unintentionally by stone from driving by cars). The scratch feels like it was much targeted at our foreign/tourist car, a huge scratch on the door. The area feels dodgy and we were already doubting if we should really park there. The owner though mentioned his guests have never had problems since 2014. So it is up to you if you want to decide to park there for free or not. We would have gone for a paid parking after all of this.

Jérôme and Isabel were really flexible and gave us lots of helpful infos, like where to park the car safely, where to eat best (and only a few steps down and around the corner) and even for our bikes we had a safe cellar only 100m away.
The apartment is located at a square close to a street with traffic which crosses the Rhône. But when you close the window it's perfectly calm. The interior is very stylish and for two adults it's perfect but there's also a couch in the living room that could give two more a rest. The air-conditioning is in the living room.
