Hotel je fenomenalan, osoblje je jako ljubazno, lokacija fantastična, sve na dohvat ruke, na 5 min je parking i garaža. Soba je sjajna, prostrana i čista, za doručak ima sve što je potrebno i jako je ukusan. Što se mene tiče nisam bio u boljem hotelu za odnos uloženog i dobijenog. Kada budemo opet dolazili u Sarajevo znamo gde ćemo prenoćiti. Veoma profesionalno, od nas 10+. Srdačan pozdrav i vidimo se ponovo uskoro!

Herşey çok güzeldi. Odanın balkonu, wifi interneti, kahvaltısı, çalışanlar, çarşı merkezine uzaklığı da gayet iyiydi. Tekrar gelirsem yine tercih edeceğim.

Sabah uyandığımda sıcak su yoktu ama hemen resepsiyon ilgilendi. Otel dolu olduğu için ikinci geceyi uzatamadık.

Room fine but not super clean. Breakfast really wasn’t great and the coffee from the small insta-coffee machine was pretty terrible. On our last morning we saw another guest having Bosnian coffee and - although not mentioned anywhere - when we asked about it they were happy to make us some, and it was very good

Good location within easy walk of old town. Good price. Clean rooms except the old, stained carpet. Friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee for breakfast.

Noisy location on a side street from a heavily trafficked road. One of our two rooms had a non-operational A/C unit, requiring open windows throughout the night for ventilation. Lots of noise from surrounding area. One room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the carpet was stained. Breakfast, while included, was not that great.

I liked breakfast because it s nearly turkish style. There was six kind of cheese it was important for me. Room was very clean and quite. Staff was helpfull.

It was amazing, cozy, with a great view and the rooftop balcony, clean, calm, comfortable, and fashionable, the best quality for the affordable price. We will come again, we recommend it. Polite, friendly and helpfull staff made our stay even better. We enjoyed diverse and tasty food. It is located in the very heart of the city. The hotel’s taxi driver was also very professional and friendly.

The reviews on TA looked really good. A bit out of date. But I had a positive feeling, so we booked via Booking.com whose reviews were equally good. What could go wrong? NOTHING! FROM START TO FINISH. The wonderful Mirela responded within minutes to every request. We had to change dates. No problem. Want a taxi? Of course we can provide. What's the weather like in Sarajevo? "Snow but it will be fine when you come..." Mirella was of course correct. We chose the hotel taxi pick up service and were met by a wonderful man called Eldar a 24 year old Medical Student who was an absolute delight. We talked non stop from the airport and once he knew of my historical interest in Sarajevo, he promptly took us on a short tour of the city. Brilliant! And at 25 Euros for a return trip this service was exceptionally good value. I later learnt that Eldar is the main driver for the hotel and can do day trips anywhere you want. My advice ask for Eldar, my new Bosnian son! On arrival, we were a bit early for check in arriving at around 1100 after an early morning flight from the UK. We left our bags and were advised that as soon as our rooms were prepared, they would let us know with a WhatsApp message. They did around 1230. Big tick, thank you. Our room was excellent and very good value for money at circa £45 a night bed and breakfast. Room 301 was at the front of the hotel, roomy, with balcony, good shower and all facilities you'd expect. We ran out of coffee but new supplies were just a quick request away. Breakfast was plentiful - hot sausage, egg and a range of continental cheeses and meats. Coffee via a bean machine was excellent. And the day we had to catch the early morning 0715 train to Mostar, we were provided with a pack up breakfast that was very generous and fit for a king. In summary this is an excellent hotel where service is king. Mirela on reception was quite simply brilliant. Would we go back? You bet we would. Thank you Team VIP!!!

the location of the hotel is across the road for the main square and the old town. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was ready before our check in time and it was clean and well presented.

Nothing as everything was to a high standard

It was perfect. Lovely girl at the reception who solves all the problems. Very comfortable room and very warm even in the really cold days. Good breakfast.

- The transfer was arranged, confirmed a couple hours before arrival and cancelled last minute when I arrived allegedly due to broken car - Sink tap wasn't working properly, only hot water was running
