Faccio una premessa, la struttura merita ma scadente nei servizi. Unico in sala il signor Filippo che merita tutta la mia considerazione. Serata a tema del lunedì. Ho apprezzato il cadeau.

Cominciamo dalla colazione: una delle peggiori che ho mai visto, SCARSA...prodotti dolciari serviti per metà congelati, scarsa di ogni qualsivoglia, nessuno è stato in grado di fare un banale cappuccino...bah...servizio in sala da rivedere, l'unico che ha soddisfatto le aspettative il signor Filippo, competente e preparato, ma nn basta solo una persona, per questo si forma uno staff...inesistente. Ho avuto problemi con l'aria condizionata da subito chiamando più volte la reception... dopo vari tentativi il problema non è stato risolto, considerato il caldo afoso dei giorni passati...mi è stato promesso di cambiare stanza o far venire un tecnico...morale della favola soggiorno finito sto ancora aspettando. Prezzo assolutamente non linea con quello che offrono...spero che la mia critica personale sia unicamente costruttiva per i responsabili della struttura, perchè sono convinto della potenzialità della stessa ma attualmente non ripaga le mie aspettative...

Vista incantevole, sommersi nella natura e nella tranquillità piu profonda. Stanze grandi e pulitissime con staff super competente e gentile. Cibo ottimo con diverse scelte ogni giorno e non il solito buffet monotono, con prodotti a chilometro zero con 3 serate a tema, lo staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad accontentare le tue richieste. Attività giornaliere in resort di pilates,palestra sup e padel queste ultime con un istruttore gentile e molto preparato(David). Serate di spettacoli di giocoleria (trapezio-giocolieri-mangiafuoco) Spiaggia privata con accesso indipendente direttamente dal resort.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, cercherei di migliorare i servizi già presenti. N°1 Per esempio poiché il resort è lontano 12 km da una splendida città come tropea cercherei di potenziare le navette verso quest'ultima per permettere a tutti di poter andare a visitare la città senza dover spendere troppi soldi di taxi. N°2 Sistemare meglio e rendere sicuro l'accesso presso la spiaggia del resort poiché è composto da scalini provvisori cercando di renderli piu stabili e compatti e potare le piante di fico.

Отдыхали в середине июня, еще не слишком жарко, но кондиционер плохо справлялся, также были проблемы со светом и небольшой потоп, но персонал быстро реагировал, за что им большое спасибо!

air conditioner didn’t work, pool was broken, can hear through walls and ceilings, the breakfast was terrible, multiple weddings were on during our stay which we could hear all night, food was average at best

Terrible service provided by the hotel and its staff, ugly uncomfortable rooms, no good care about clients: - Very junior staff at the restaurant who does not spick good Italian or English (difficult communication); - Low quality of the food provided (do not chose the full board if you wanna try the Calabrian kitchen) - menus for lunch and dinner were not so good and with a pour variety (although we had a full board package we decided to eat outside the resort most of the time); - breakfast was not in line with Italian standards, especially for a 4 stars resort (empty buffet with really pour choice and sometimes pour quality); - no care about clients (nobody has never asked us how it was going), - No animation team/spectacles organised; - Rooms: not all the rooms have a view and our was super dark (and for >250 Euro per night you expect something more than that!); There are no blinds on the windows but poorly fitted blackout curtains are installed and we woke up early in the morning because of direct sunlight; from outside, other guests could see us in the room and we were forced to stay with the blackout curtains closed at all times (there are no “day” curtains). We complained about the room and the answer was “no answer”! - Lastly, but I was puzzled by this, at checkout they asked me to go back to the room to get and deliver the beach towels (that initially we found in the room) otherwise they would have charged us for them. Unbelievable!
