Luck of courtesy except 3 staffs

The 1st hotel employee made me pay more that was agreed on booking.com. They also tried to give me a small room instead of the suite I booked. After my complain they changed my room. After 4 days I received my refund. But It wasn't something that should occur in the first place.

Never in my life has someone spoke to me in this manner. Absolutely rude and no customer service by the receptionist .

The location

Receptionist was absolutely unpleasant and flat out rude! I won’t come back’ Linens and towels were missing from the room, the phone does not work so you have to call from your phone or go downstairs. Absolutely overpriced! The rooms are shabby and not in good shape. The breakfast is not good! Very little choice and very Local. No milk just sugar for your coffee. I paid 100$ and I am happy to pay double and get proper service

Good location, good breakfast (included), nice outdoor seating for restaurant, good bar snacks.

Did not included all the amenities mentioned but did have all the basics. Some rooms were more modern than others. I made three separate stays and each room was a bit different experience. It is true the rooms have a balcony but it is really unusable as it hold the A/C and is shared with the room next door. One room I stayed in the lock to the balcony door was broken making the room feel a bit less secure.

Noise overnight such as loud music from party room. Balcoyso very unsafe. Air conditioning leaking in my room twice over my stay. However I was offered to change the room.
