Very quiet apartment directly at the beach, not in the main commercial areas. Great for a relaxing vacation.

Amazing place and friendly staff

The view from Watermelon (the upstairs apartment) was absolutely beautiful, and I loved the location right on the beach. The balcony had a table and chairs plus two comfy deck chairs. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and had plenty of plates and glasses. However, there were no basics like tea/coffee or handwash provided in the kitchen. The free water provided in the water cooler was a nice touch, but it didn't work if the electricity went out (which it did frequently during our stay) The apartment is only a 5 min walk from Green Island Beach Restaurant which was superb- definitely the best place in the village.

The check in process wasn't well explained and it was hard to locate the lock boxes. When booking, it's not clear which apartment you will get (upstairs or downstairs) and the facilities differ. We had the upstairs apartment which had great views, but a flight of steep stairs. Some facilities listed were missing- no washing machine and no BBQ. No daily maid service as advertised. Our downstairs neighbours on the first day we arrived were pretty loud and blasted Romanian folk music all afternoon, which wasn't the most relaxing! Generally speaking, we were disappointed with the apartment. The photos are very flattering- it's quite tatty and scruffy inside. The shower cublices were rusty and felt a bit unclean. Only one handwash was provided for the entire place and it was virtually empty. No hot water in the sinks. The bedrooms were very dark and poorly lit. No full length mirrors. The towels provided were a mix of old towels left over by previous guests presumably as they were all mis matched and pretty worn. Everything felt a bit shabby. The electrics kept tripping out and I had to keep resetting the main box, which isn't ideal when you're on holiday. We couldn't use the bedside lights in any of the rooms or use the fan because this would trip the electrics . We reported this to the host at 8am on the first morning (after a night of no electricity). We then received a call at 7.30pm as we were heading out to dinner asking us to wait in for the electrician. Ridiculous. All in all, it was a disappointing stay and I wouldn't return.

The view, the beds the tranquility

No good grocery stores or supermarkets. You need to drive to Belle Mare to buy a decent loaf of bread

a big and spacious apartment. very cosy. the biggest highlight is the terrace - we spend a lot of time there enjoying the amazing view. little restaurants and a small supermarket around. we had a car - would recommend if you intend to discover the island. we would definitely come back

Excellent accomodation and facilities. Not cheap but you get a lot in return. View, facilities, space and location is perfect. Private parking and laundry machine too.

They shoukd fix the bacony metal door so that you have a better view from inside

Luxurious apt on ground floor with spectacular view Very homely with all facilities and games. X2 lavatories and shower inc en suite. Heard wind howling which was awesome ( some may not like)... Beautiful yatchs and boats - public beach to right side - Sunrise to left side walking ~2000 steps at this time Facilites of washing machine Would recommend - summer would be less windy.

Front door curtain /screen would be nice for added privacy Lock to lavatories- one lock missing although not a big deal

Great view, spacious apartment, very good location. Very well equipped kitchen as well. Daily cleaning service was a great bonus!

Some plugs didn't work.. fan in sitting room not working. Some basins only had cold water taps.

The scenery - the sea together with the chain of mountains - is beautiful and relaxing. The bungalow is very well equiped and the hosts were kind and helpful.
