The hotel is perfect. I like how it was clean and fresh in my room. The furniture is modern and cozy. The staff is very friendly. Candies on the reception desk is a benefit. The location of the hotel is super close to the front beach. I go out and see the sea 🌊 I loved that place. When I come to Vung Tau, I will stay in Front Beach Hotel by Joi Hospitality.

The location is super great: beachfront, just like the name Front Beach. My room has no balcony but 2 windows, one with beach view, the other one is perfect for moon viewing (my stay is around full moon days) The view truly comfort my disappoints a lot about facilities. The staff is also a plus, they are friendly, helpful and effectively support to connect the laundry service for me.

1. Not only my room but the property seem unmaintained in quite a long time, definitely not "shiny" like photos on booking site. 2. In my room, the beach-view window permanently locked up, I can't slide it open. The plug-ins "loosen" out of the wall. The other facilities is so so. The mattress is comfortable enough. But it's not a "proper" bed, it's something like a mattress with four wheels, so it's kinda move out of place sometimes. 3. The bathroom has no air outlet and the shower is low-pressured. 4. A little bit smell issues, not too hard but a very strange smell, I almost have to use my sage, pablo santo, aroma all the time I'm in the room. 5. About the location, the back of the property faces the alley lead to The Lighthouse - a historical landmark must-visited destination, therefore the transportation sounds kinda annoying sometimes.

The location was very convenient, right by the water and waterfront park. There are many restaurants close by and the area is very walkable. The hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable, The staff were thoughtful and helpful when I checked in. I arrived early and they secured my luggage until the room was ready. I was here for work and the hotel fit my needs perfectly for a short stay.

It is a small hotel and not a grand 5 star hotel. If I brought the family on vacation, or was on an extended stay, I would choose a larger hotel with amenities.

in the morning we had to wait til 7am to be let out and the doors unlocked. Somedays we wanted to start our day early before it got to hot.

Booking was 'Pay at the hotel'. However, after the booking had been confirmed we received an email from the hotel demanding that we pay a 50% deposit to keep the booking! Some broken furniture!

The three hotel staff on duty were extremely helpful. Bing and his two other colleagues were always ready to assist us with our request. Bing gave us a clear guide about the place. He also helped us to book a bus seat back to HCM. Thank you very much.
